I have been in this fitness program for about 5 months and have done Yoga, Yogalates, Pilates, Zumba, spinning, water cardio, kickbox cardio, total body conditioning, boot camp conditioning, HIIT interval training, cardio intervals, and core N more. All trainers are highly qualified and committed and devote enough time to each student to make sure we are getting a proper workout and doing everything correctly. This is a superb program and I highly recommend it to everyone who is seeking to get fit and who needs to motivation to workout. I have lost 8 lbs and toned my body. I feel healthier and full of energy everyday. And get this, you can take as many classes as you want for $69 for month. Can you beat that?

I started training with Khair back in Oct. 2013. I was seeking a trainer after losing 30 lbs (7 months) down from 210 lbs (Size 18 to Size 12) on healthy eating alone. I was worried about returning to a gym...because although I was once athletic, I couldn't walk up a flight of stairs without losing my breath. Then came Khair and in 3 months I've lost another 15 lbs (Size 8). I'm now able to wear small sizes again! I feel great, healthy, toned and stronger! Khair is positive, knowledgable and attentive to one's body mechanics to ensure injuries are of no worry. He provides diet guidance too! His knowledge on body mechanics is huge for me because I have a problematic left knee and shoulder and yet I felt safe and constantly challenged. I trust him so much we have him working now with our disabled son who just had a major back surgery and our 16 yr old son loves his workouts and is gaining the strength to walk with greater improvements! He's a life changer! And now I'm working towards goals to improve my athletic level. So from couch potato to a fitness fanatic...he can help you at ANY stage! I'm able to run a mile in 8 mins, my core is stonger, and im participating in boot camps with no hesitations. The hardest part wasn't saying yes to Khair because he's worth it!! The hardest part was actually saying yes to me. I highly recommend Khair!

Best exercise class I have ever done! No matter what shape you are in this class if for you. After a few months I was in the best shape in my life. I always have been active and athletic but this class really gets your core, legs and arms in total shape. Cardio is a part of every class. Katie has the absolute best mix of workout routines so you are never bored and always working to your maximum potential. Katie's classes are truly motivating and fun. She if the fitness PRO!
As a forty something executive with very little available time engaging Shirley and Un1son Fitness was one of the best decisions I've made in a long time. Having a trainer willing to come to my home, work around my busy business schedule and establish clear goals as well as the path to reach them was exactly what I needed. Shirleys approach is different from that of other trainers, as she focuses on your individual needs, tailoring each session. I've attended many boot camps and local gyms where they all seem to push a set program thinking that it fits everyone. Shirley developed a program that fits me and thats a key difference to me. With each session were doing more reps, Im feeling stronger and Im seeing and feeling the progress that were making. In addition to our work in the gym, she coaches me on my meal planning and eating habits, created a program that I can follow when away from home and traveling and most importantly motivates me. I've procrastinated most of my life when its come to exercise and now in my mid-forties, it had started to catch up with me. With Shirley and Un1son Fitness, Im confident that an overall lifestyle change, adopting healthy habits and feeling better about myself is now no longer an annual New Years Resolution that is soon forgotten but more so a reality I now live by. Dont get me wrong, its not easy. There are mornings after our session where Im sore and not a happy camper. But the next day or next week where I can do the same set of exercises and do more of them, and it hurts less the light bulb in my brain goes off that Im making progress. As the saying goes, no pain, no gain. Getting back into shape is a destination and the trip to get there isn't the easiest. I've been working out with Claudette for almost two years; she's my personal trainer and boot camp instructor. She has a wealth of knowledge about body dynamics and makes sure all moves are done correctly and safely. She is always adding new exercises, so workouts are challenging, and fun.
