I started training at Benefitness a month ago and it has already exceeded my expectations. Andrew has helped me recover a lot of strength that I never thought I would have again after breaking my leg. He is very professional, motivating, and tailors my workouts to my individual needs. I would highly recommend him as a trainer.
Alex Latow has been my personal trainer since January of 2015. He trained me while we were both attending Cornell College in Mount Vernon, Iowa and will remain as my trainer through the 2015 summer in Deltona, Florida. Alex was always looking for feedback and was always very clear with the goals we were setting both short-term and long-term. He would go above and beyond always on time whether it was 6am before school, or 7pm after track practice he was always there and ready to train. He could always explain the purpose of each exercise and was ready and able to give demonstrations when needed. Alex is an incredibly dedicated individual and I was able to achieve my body fat percentage and weight goals very quickly thanks to Alex's knowledge with diet plans, cardiovascular, and strength training.
I have been working with Nick since the summer of 2017. I've known him longer than that but when he was reaching out for clients I was first to bite because I knew that Nick would work so hard to get me what I needed. I have been looking for somebody to give me what I need for so long and he has been the first one that has gone above and beyond with exactly what I need. He listens to what I have to say and he challenges Me by questioning my thought process on this journey. I originally went to Nick to increase my core and low back strength because I have had an injury since I was in my early teens. I also wanted to lose weight and I knew already a lot about working out and nutrition but I wasn't putting it into practice. Nick gave me the confidence in the knowledge and the push that I needed mentally in order to put everything into practice. One of my favorite things about next training is that he will call me out on my BS when I need it, but in the most professional and polite way possible. I can say that Nick has 100% positively affected my life and that I can never thank him enough. I plan to be a client for Nick for as long as I can. I highly recommend his training to everyone I meet and then I can't imagine training with anyone else. He is professional, respectful, punctual, honest, relatable, thoughtful, and keeps his word. If Nick says he's going to do something he'll do it which has resulted in gaining my trust. He's incredibly knowledgeable about the human body in the biomechanics and giving me exactly what I need. If something doesn't work for me he will change it as many times as he needs to in order to fit my needs. He is such an incredibly hard worker and it really does show through his passion and his knowledge. He consistently and continuously is researching ways and methods on the most concrete scientific evidence to justify reasons for change and typical ideologies. In other words, he'll research something till he knows for a fact that it's true. No fad diets no BS just the facts. For the first time I have felt that I really understand how to lose weight and that it's all nothing but a mathematical equation. Nick is an amazing personal trainer and I know that he's going to go far and I hope that I can continue training with him for as long as I can.
Love my school, classes are not very big, so I get lots of one on one training with the master of the school, as well as guest masters. The wealth of knowledge, and diversity in training/teaching styles available at Legacy martial arts keeps things fresh, current, and a continuous challenge to excel. I would recommend Legacy Martial Arts to anyone, whether a new student, an intermediate student continuing their education, or a seasoned martial artist currently training, or returning after a sabbatical. There is something here for all levels, And beginners will enjoy coming up through the ranks in the friendly atmosphere of mutual respect.
Josh is an amazing hardworking trainer. He helped me withmy post partum training after I was cleared to workout. I had an emergency c section and he helped me recover abdominal strength quickly.

I have been working with Andrew about 2 years. I first hired him because he is a Marine and my son was looking for a trainer to be better prepared for his sophomore year at The Citadel in SC. Ge was going for an Army ROTC scholarship. Well he qualified for his scholarship and I decided to work with Andrew. He has a lot of training knowledge & changes up the routine so it stays fresh. I feel better at going on 64 than I did at 44!

I have been working out with Tony for 13 years. Have been an athlete my whole life as a college soccer and lacrosse player,then a multi year Boston marathoner. My profession has a history of back and neck problems and my father had a dozen surgeries due to work related skeletal problems. I just don't throw a bunch of exercises at people that are trendy and neat. I keep it simple and use a progressive approach to assisting the client to become their best! I pay attention to details and try to cultivate a lifestyle instead of just a "work-out".
