Their professionalism is only exceeded by their delicious and nutritious food, and their super "make-it-work" ability to shift plans on the fly when requested. Every time, the food gets rave reviews (no matter the menu!). Chef Ben is great at working within budget and providing a more-than-delicious food and treats for every type of event. We've had everything from a grill-out for a tailgating-themed event for 50 to Thanksgiving for our team of 25 to a high-end luxury event featuring passed hors d'oeuvres and drinks for over 200. He & his team are hard to beat in quality of service and culinary delights.
