I have been training with Shaun for about 3 months and am throughly pleased by his professionalism and knowledge of the human body. I have tried many trainers throughout my life and have only found one other trainer that was as knowledgable and professionalism. Shaun takes the time and effort to continually change your workout according to the progress you have made in order for you to achieve the highest benefit from your workout. Mr. Yates is an exceptional personal trainer and coach. I have had several personal trainers and I can say Mr. Yates is one of the best. He is professional, accommodating, personable and most of all makes a workout plan that fits you. He listens and writes down your information that helps him to ramp up workouts or slow down and modify. He especially listens to any special pains or injuries your body has so as to make modifications to your plan. We found Jack to be an excellent personal trainer. He is very knowledgeable and dedicated to personal training and focuses on each person individually. We nicknamed him Jack Attack because he attacks each session with a challenging routine all the while being very encouraging and motivating. I have struggled with my weight my entire adult life, constantly losing and then gaining back the same 40 pounds! I have tried every diet imaginable and also worked out constantly with every DVD that sounded good, along with joining various gyms and purchasing personal at home exercise equipment. It has been exhausting; so when my son told me about going to a personal trainer I thought why not....never tried that! As soon as I met Mason I felt confident he was very knowledgeable and his facility is top notch and he was mostly concerned with getting results and building from where I was at. I had never weight trained before because I was always afraid of doing it wrong and hurting myself. Mason is teaching me correct form and pushing me just enough to get results but also using real time heart monitoring. I love the personal attention and direction from a professional and the best part is Mason truly cares about my success and health. Victor Gagliardi is the best personal trainer I've ever worked with. He healed my 9 year painful chronic hip issue, after arthroscopic surgery, acupuncture, massage, icing, resting, and all other doctors and trainers could not. I'm able to run again (and no pain!!) after 10 years of having given it up. I worked out with Vic for many years once a week and he always kept our workouts fun, varied, and inspiring. I'd still be working out with him now if we lived in the same state! He is highly knowledgeable, and listens to your goals, and helps you achieve them. Without a doubt, Coach Williams, was one of the best coaches my son has ever had. Coach Williams had passion for not only the game but also for helping each athlete strive to be the best they could. He made sure to showcase each player's strength on the court. He was patient, kind and understanding; however, he would hold each player accountable for their actions on and off the court. I highly recommend Jason Williams as a team coach or personal trainer.
I hired Annabelle over a year ago, and she trained me for about 5 months. I lost a total of 30 pounds and 21 inches. I went from wearing a 10-12, to wearing a 6. She really kept me motivated and to this day, other then a few pounds fluctuation here and there, I have kept the weight off and I still work out to stay toned. Annabelle was an amazing trainer for me, she could be tough at times but at times that is what I needed. I thank her for giving me my life back.

Michelle has worked with me at least 8 times with specific flexability and strengthening exercises for improving my martial arts kicking abilities. She is the only trainer who truly knows how to help you accomplish your specific goals and is willing to go out of her way to learn or do extra research on the issue.. she can also motivate you as well as anyone!
