I hired Danielle July 2015 for personal training sessions. I absolutely hate working out and didn't not want to go to the gym. However, I needed to lose weight to become more healthy. Danielle offers training at my house, on my schedule, and adapts the workouts to meet my needs. In two months, I lost 14 pounds and many, many inches. Each week, I train for two sessions with Danielle. She provides a homework routine for a third day and I add cardio. After two months, I found out I was pregnant. Since then, I have continued my personal training sessions with Danielle and she adapts the workouts to meet my current abilities. Love her!

Best workouts ever! I had my baby 1 year ago and right before I gave birth I was 180 lbs....my pre-pregnancy weight was 125. I love working out with Mike and his wife, Letitia. I am pregnant and he knows exactly what I should and shouldn't be doing and has guided me all the way. His gym is a non competitive atmosphere, yet very motivating, very open and overall an awesome atmosphere. The workouts are always different and challenging. The people in class that you work out with are welcoming which is a change from other competitive gyms I have been too. LOVE THIS PLACE!

Leo is a wonderful trainer! He is extremely knowledgeable about exercise, weight training, nutrition and overall fitness and healthy eating. First, Leo evaluated my lifestyle and spend time talking to me about my goals. He makes helpful suggestions without being too pushy. He inquires about my diet but doesn't scold me when I eat something I probably shouldn't. Leo monitors my weight, body fat and diet. He is super friendly, very personable and always mixes up the workouts so I'm never bored. I've seen Leo working with all age groups of people. He tailors the workouts to each individual's needs. Leo explains everything very well and is careful to make sure I am doing the exercise correctly.I actually look forward to the workouts because I know I'll receive encouragement and praise. I have lost 10 pounds, dropped 2 sizes and gained muscle definition from working with Leo as my trainer. Leo is an exceptional trainer and continues to exceed my expectations. I highly recommend Leo!

Tony is an excellent trainer. He helped me stay focused, weight bearing exercises, leg strengthening, cardio, just helped me stay in shape. I worked with him at LifeStyles in Brandon, FL. I never felt comfortable in a gym until I had the opportunity to train with James. His diverse background of training styles made him the perfect coach for me while I navigated my way through my fitness journey. So far he's trained me to perform Olympic lifts, high volume plyometric workouts, any and all TRX-style training, body building and physique training, as well as how to properly warm up, cool down, stretch and foam roll. Additionally he totally opened my eyes when it comes to mobility, which has kept me injury-free. He's also taught me how to know when to rest and how to recognize that I can push myself just a little bit further.
