Latest Review: Andrew was incredibly helpful as I was trying to get back into some sort of exercise regimen. I used to work out regularly in college, but it has been a challenge getting motivated to begin again. Andrew was overwhelmingly encouraging. Despite my slow start in learning the suggested workouts, he was very patient and worked with my limitations. I suffer from some chronic lower back pain and Andrew made recommendations in workout modifications that made my goals achievable. He was able to help me work towards my goals of weight loss and strength training. He was able to "push" me towards new goals during each session without being "pushy." When I was doing an exercise wrong, he would correct me in a professional way and encourage me to keep pressing on. I have never had a personal trainer that was this professional, yet personable, at the same time! Highly recommended!
