Danielle is absolutely fabulous!! The first time I met her she was so personable, sweet, and very easy to talk to that but she also included me on an awesome paddleboard fitness class that was something I never imagine myself doing but I had a complete blast! Not only did I get the chance to work with Danielle but she also introduced me to and amazing group of ladies. She is so encouraging and introduces you to people who have the same interests that you do when working out! I would absolutely recommend her to anybody that I know!
Although I didn't go forth with his training, his initial session was enough for me to determine that he's a great trainer who cares about your health, wellness and fitness.
We've just had our initial meeting, but she made me feel really comfortable and at ease. She's very approachable and is obviously very knowledgable about nutrition and fitness. Burg fitness has been exactly what I have been looking for. If you are ready to challenge your body and fit into your old clothes this is the place. These group fitness classes are not your typical ones because they work in small groups and can individually make recommendations on your posture and push you to the limit! All of the trainers are extremely friendly and have killer bodies which is always motivating! I highly recommend Burg fitness to those who truly wants to see some results. I honestly feel like I have never had a real workout prior to coming here. That's how challenging it is but WORTH it. You won't be disappointed.

Ive been working with John Bruno for several months. I started with mixed martial arts training and became quite impressed with his MMA skills, his fitness knowledge and his patience to work with me - I know Im not the easiest person to educate, especially those times when I dont quickly catch on to exactly what I need to do. Because I liked his expertise with the MMA, I also started working with Bruno for strength and conditioning. I like that he can explain which muscle groups Im working, as well as explaining which groups that can be injured if the exercise is not performed properly. Bruno will correct my form so Im not in a position to injure myself. Hes also identified equipment that could be potentially harmful. I can see hes quite dedicated and passionate in what he does and I trust that he will train me safely while pushing me to my full potential for me to reach my fitness goals.

Heather not only motivated me and showed me what hard work and patience will get you, she taught me the dynamic functional fitness knowledge that I still use to this day (four years later). Shanes knowledge of fitness and nutrition has helped me reach my goal. My goal was to reach 120lbs. My start weight was 150 and in less than one year I was down to 117 pounds. My work outs are intense and I love them. Shane pushes me to do things to the best of my ability but at the same time he makes the workouts fun. Most of all, he takes the time to teach me valuable things. Shane takes the time to show me the workouts, explains what they do to the body and the importance of having the right posture. We also talk about nutrition and the importance of eating clean. I always thought that having a trainer was a waste of time but I have to say, that is not true it is the best thing I have invested in. Even now that I have reached my goal, I will continue to train to get that rock hard body that I always dreamed of having :)
Dee is one of the most authentic trainers I’ve ever met , she’s great for all levels of fitness ! Very professional explains what muscles are being targeted and makes sure your form is on point ! Jennifer is outstanding!! She is the ultimate professional. Completely knowledgeable in everything to do with fitness, strength, core strengthing, balance and anything else to do with fitness. With her training I have lost 50 pounds. When we started training my lower back was in great pain and I had trouble bending over. Through core strengthing, fitness training and yoga I am pain free, even when playing golf!!! Thank you Jennifer!!!!!!

In 2014 I decided this was my year to get in shape and stay healthy. In February I met with Stephen, two times a week for the whole month, from there on I was hooked. He is such a pleasure to work with. Its almost like my goals are his goals as well, he encourages me every step of the way and knows exactly what I have in me and knows when to give me that extra push. I work in a emergency setting so my schedule is very crazy and Stephen worked around it with no problem. One of the many things I enjoy about Stephen is he has a plan for the session and you don't stop till its done. He is incredibly informative and you can tell he enjoys to teach you about fitness and how you can reach your goal, not only while your working with him, but when your at home too! I do a lot of things on my own at home now thanks to Stephen's wonderful teaching and guidance, but I still meet with him once or twice a month to check my progress( I always like another opinion of my progress from someone other than me) and I always learn some new things. When I met with Stephen my goals were to firm up, loose some weight and strengthen a shoulder of mine, from a old injury so I could go back to pulling my Bow back. Stephen said they were all reachable goals that would take time and dedication! Here I am four months later,firmer, lighter and back to being able to pull my bow back with my "bad" shoulder! I highly recommend Stephen to everyone!
