Danielle is amazing to work with. She is reliable, dedicated, and motivating without being pushy. She makes the workout as fun as a workout can be, and is flexible with planning your routine so that you can maximize the results without getting burned out by doing the same routine all the time. I would recommend Danielle to anyone seriously considering hiring a personal trainer.

Bethany was amazing! She created a whole plan (meals and exercise) and explained nutrition and my body type throughly. I've been to other personal trainers that were very vague with nutrition and provided cookie cutter plans but this is not the case here. Within 2 months of following her plan I dropped 10 pounds and lost 5% body fat! Even after I moved overseas, she was flexible and we had Skype chats weekly for 30 minutes and she would review my food log and provide new exercises and recipes. I was searching for a personal trainer to help me get in shape for the military and John was the first to contact me. I was impressed with his qualifications and professionalism. We scheduled a meeting and discussed goals and plans which led me to be more impressed with his knowledge on how to properly gain strength. I've been working with John for 4 months and it has been productive, gaining the results that I was wanting in preparation for military service. During the time we've been working, I've been having trouble with pain in my back and John has been patient and helpful in figuring a solution to the problem. He's passionate about his job and will go above and beyond to help you with anything you need.
Leslie Hughes was my personal trainer for almost a year. During that time I was having some difficulties with a shoulder problem and was taking physical therapy as well. Leslie was very good to teach me stretches and non-weight bearing exercises that were a tremendous help during that time. I've worked out with many strong personal trainers over the years and Heather is the best. She was very effective working through prior injuries, increasing strength to avoid future injury, and focusing workouts to regain lost mobility from injuries and build strength for ski season which were my primary goals. I wish she lived closer so I could work out with her again. It's been over a year since my training with Heather and I still feel stronger from it.

Ive worked with several trainers the past ten years, but Shane is the only one that got me where I wanted to be physically and also mentally. He helped me improve my nutrition and eating habits (think clean) and rebuild muscles that were just about gone due to several years of total inactivity. The weight came off and I felt better than I had in years! My endurance has really improved and now Ive incorporated kickbox ing and other activities into my workouts, but I continue to train with Shane because I know that when it comes to weight training .well, I just dont manage that important aspect of training as well on my own as when I work out with him! He knows my form, limits and strengths and trains me with efficiency so that with every rep I move closer to my goals plus hes a lot of fun!
What an amazing trainer!!! I was really on the fence about hiring a personal trainer, thinking that it was a luxury that I just didn't need. As my personal trainer Green whipped in shape for my first tough mudder race. I was strong enough to complete the race and felt like I could have done an additional 5 miles and obstacles. Her stretching skills are phenomenal and finally her boutique is the perfect size so that she can provide individual attention in a small group setting.
