Chef Antwan came to our house to prepare a New Years brunch which was delicious and perfect!! Throughout the whole process he was very upfront with his pricing (which is reasonable) and everything that he was going to bring plus adhering to what we requested. Was a brunch for 17 people and he prepared properly and enjoyed by all. Best thing was that his pricing includes food which is a huge plus so no surprises. Came early to properly prepare and set up!
For a second time, Tamara (aka Island Chef) was absolutely fabulous to work with. She made every aspect of our event a breeze, again. And when I say that, I mean it...we worried about NOTHING when it came to the menu. We chose to use Tamara again to test the waters of consistency....and she brought her 'A' game yet again! Thus, we will continue to use her for this annual event until she is no longer practicing her magic in the kitchen. That will be a sad day. We'll admit, we can be a tough crowd to please, but Tamara? She makes it all seem so easy peasy. Not only is her food fresh and made from scratch, but her presentation brings it all together and allows mouth-watering admiration until the food is served. And once everyone is finished, all they want to do is go talk to the Chef!! :) And she's always so great with our guests. They've all grown to adore Tamara and have hired her for their own events. Looking for the entire package including DELICIOUS food? Punctuality? Presentation? Friendly with guests? Always leaves the place cleaner than she found it? Incredibly fair pricing? Chef Vivian and her sister prepared our Annual Mother's Day Brunch at our home for 35 people. They were both polite and friendly, they quickly became more like guests. We were very impressed by the selection of crepes, meats, potatoes, cheeses and bread she provided. Her food was delicious and went very quickly. The only improvement we suggested was that more of the food could have been prepared ahead of time (like the crepes) so that she could just reheat, fill and serve. Overall, Chef Vivian was professional, put out a great product and had a positive, happy energy. We were glad to have hired her for our special occasion.
Chef Cheryl catered a dinner for us for 16 people. The food was off the charts, presented with flair and the flavours a sublime mouth full of heaven in each bite. Cheryl decorated the tables so beautifully and her professional demeanor and relaxed attitude made our evening one we will never forget. Thanks again Cheryl. Lisi has been preparing Gluten free and dairy free meals for me for several weeks now , and I has to say they have all been fantastic. I live in Pittsburgh, PA and hosted a morning after wedding brunch for 50-60 people in Tarpon Springs, FL. Laura from Emerald catering was very easy to work with. She was prompt in her correspondence with me and offered helpful suggestions. She was also willing to work with me to make sure I had what I needed. Food was delivered on time and was delicious.
Overall, I highly enjoyed working with International Kitchen and Catering. I am looking forward to working with them in the future!

I hired the Fishin Chicken ( Debbie Guy ) for a cast and crew dinner. I had special circumstances in that the dinner needed to be served to all cast members in time for them to begin rehearsal. we discussed menu options that would work and the event went very smoothly. Debbie and her crew went above and beyond, there were no unpleasant surprises ( prices was as agreed. they showed up on time) Everyone enjoyed the food they prepared and I would hire her again in a heartbeat
