Latest Review: I've been working with Ben as my trainer for about four months now. When we began I weighed 250# and I now weigh 230#. I've lost 2 inches off my waist, added 3 inches to my shoulders, 3.25 inches to my chest, 1.25 inches to my calves, 1 inch to my thighs and my balance is better than ever as is my coordination. I've also been learning to eat smarter and in the process, my cholesterol is better, my pre-diabetes is gone and my blood pressure is normal (no pills). It's pretty amazing really. I'm 58, I feel better than I have in many, many years and I credit Ben for driving me hard and holding me accountable. I wouldn't have done this without him pushing. He's a really good trainer and an all around good human being so if you are looking to make a change as we approach the New Year, I'd say Ben's your guy. You WILL see results so long as you are committed to the process. He can't do it for you, you have to work really hard too, it's a true partnership.
