After more than 20 years and two kids, I am finally motivated to get back in the gym. Seriously🏋🏿! Bol. It's hard to get back into the routine especially when you have not worked out in so many years but he has been patient. I can feel comfortable during my workout. Jake LISTENS to you. Then, he goes about putting together a workout plan for you. And it's not just any plan, but is designed especially for you. Then, he sees you through it. Since working out under Jake's tuteledge, I've lost over 10 pounds but more importantly I have "shaped up". That bulge around my middle is almost gone- I went from a pantsize of 36-38" to a 30"! From an old operation, I have a condition called "dropfoot" that left me with very little control of my right foot. With some concentrated exercises, I am showing some small improvements. Most importantly, many of the aches and pains I've accumulated over my 64 years have almost totally disappeared! I'm not going to ever be an Olympic athlete but Jake has helped me become a better physically fit person. And my sex life has improved too- if that's not a testimonial, I don't know what is.. I was never a believer even as his sister. Didn't quite believe in his method until I worked with him plus I'm a super pessimist. Even with me being a doctor and medical professional, that has also had other personal trainer, he took my health to the next level past other trainers. I lost 10lbs, toned stuff I could never tone in the past and became more efficient in my workouts even without him. The mental and spiritual health is important along with the physical. He works all 3 to the highest level because he cares about the whole person. IHe is the best and if u don't try him, your loss.
I joined YouFit about 2 years ago. I'm probably like a lot of gym members, I would go for a month or two and not see the results I wanted. It was not until I hired a personal trainer (completely out of character for me!) that I started seeing the results I wanted. In my younger years (I'm a 53 yr old woman) results came easier. I was still using the machines and exercises I knew but as you age your body and metabolism changes and what once worked no longer did. My personal trainer customized a program for me that hit all my target areas and he even gave me nutrition tips. I'm down 7 pounds and quite a few inches but most importantly I feel great! Since I have a customized program, going to the gym is no longer something to be dreaded but something I really enjoy. The YouFit staff is very friendly and helpful and the gym is always clean. I highly recommend YouFit!
I have my choice of about 5 gyms that are within walking distance or a quick bike ride from my house. I make the choice to get in my car and drive three miles to workout with Bill. If you know me that statement alone is quite the testimonial. Bill is an excellent trainer. His workouts are unique and vary every time I come in, no two training sessions are the same. I love that Bill pushes me without risking an injury. The Frequency XP Group classes keep me engaged and motivated. I love that the people I am working out with are there to get in a good workout, have some fun and push each other. Bill is very in tune with an individual's physical abilities and can modify a workout so that you get the very best workout possible. Combine all of this with Bill's vast knowledge of nutrition and diet and it is impossible not to see results!

I have always doubted the need for a personal trainer. I always thought I could learn everything from a book or online. There is only so much you can get from a book. Keith, and Christian at Seriously Strong, have provided me with much more than just a technical teacher, or workout routine planner - I get me some "workout therapy too". The motivation, the ability to listen to my needs and my wants. Helping me set goals and providing means to reach those goals is why I would suggest Seriously Strong. Last week I couldn't get through my workout routine, and I felt so ashamed and embarrassed. Keith and Christian sat with me and talked about my food intake, my stress levels. They wanted me not to dread working out, they wanted me to get excited and have fun while reaching my strength goals. Keith has worked with me for around 2 months modifying my workout schedule/routine and diet, now that I'm intaking enough calories - I can finish my routines. From a strength/physic look. Lets just say, in 8 weeks (with nothing but eating right and often) I've outgrown my medium shirts, none of my dress shirts can button all the way up to my neck - my loose fitting jeans are becoming my skinny jeans and I can see myself getting stronger day by day. I've gone from 205lbs to 230lbs. (ohh yeah, no cardio - still around 12% body fat) I have hit new personal records in the last 4 weeks of hard training: Push Press 225lbs (40lb increase) Deadlift 385lbs (20lb increase) Bench Press 275lbs (30lb increase) Split Jerk 245lbs (30lb increase) Squat HighBar 340lbs (25lb increase) Love you Keith and Christian!!!!
