Bethany was amazing! She created a whole plan (meals and exercise) and explained nutrition and my body type throughly. I've been to other personal trainers that were very vague with nutrition and provided cookie cutter plans but this is not the case here. Within 2 months of following her plan I dropped 10 pounds and lost 5% body fat! Even after I moved overseas, she was flexible and we had Skype chats weekly for 30 minutes and she would review my food log and provide new exercises and recipes. Thank you for helping me the best I could be!

He mixes up exercises so we don’t get bored and believe it or not working this hard has never been so fun. He keeps us accountable with our nutrition and during our workouts he records our heart rate to ensure he is pushing us to keep us in the most effective zone. We’ve had such great results that we are working out virtually with him when we move back to Pittsburgh. tomorrow. You would be very lucky to have him have an open spot in his schedule. Denise is one of the best personal trainers I know. She is highly knowledgeable when it comes to anatomy and is excellent at helping clients recover from injuries with corrective exercises. When working out with Denise, I know I have her undivided attention, and I love all the nutrition advice she shares during our sessions. When Lienna began helping me, I was skeptical. My fingers were stiff with arthritis and my blood pressure was quite high. I gained weight easily, and losing it was a losing battle. I knew about healthy eating but my healthy eating was not working. Lienna suggested what foods and drinks could help and what to avoid. She gave me ideas on what foods would be higher in the nutrition that I needed. She gave me quick healthy recipes. She showed me how to read labels, including the ingredients and sodium content. Lienna made a plan that helped us figure out which foods contributed to my health issues. As my blood pressure decreased, and I began to lose weight, I thought it was temporary, but it is still happening! I can write clearer, my fingers are not stiff, and I have more energy. I even ate a large dessert and did not gain weight; in fact, I have continued slowly losing weight. This was amazing to me! Meeting with Lienna weekly is keeping me on track. Each week she gives me little tips and helpful ideas. She is so patient to answer my questions and keep me gently guided in the right direction.
