Our recent private chef dinner with Chef Ryan was nothing short of phenomenal, from start to finish! The evening was a masterclass in culinary excellence, leaving every guest in awe of both the quality and flavor of each dish served. The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the sea scallops with a celery leaf puree. Each scallop was perfectly seared, boasting a tender, melt-in-your-mouth texture that paired exquisitely with the fresh herbaceous celery leaf puree. This dish set the tone for what was to come – a series of culinary delights that consistently exceeded our expectations. Following the scallops, we were treated to a mixed greens salad with a champagne and honey vinaigrette. The salad was a beautiful medley of crisp greens with a subtly sweet and tangy vinaigrette, garnished by goat cheeses and crisp apples that elevated the simplicity of the dish to new heights. The pasta course featured a black garlic lamb Bolognese that was simply out of this world. The rich, deep flavors of the black garlic complemented the tender lamb perfectly, and the homemade pasta had the perfect al dente bite. It was a hearty, comforting dish that still managed to feel refined and sophisticated. To cleanse our palates, Chef Ryan served a frozen strawberry mint yogurt with pomegranates. The main course was a flaky, cooked-to-perfection black seabass served with cauliflower puree, bacon jam, and chives. The seabass was incredibly fresh, its delicate flavor enhanced by the creamy cauliflower puree and the smoky, savory bacon jam. The chives added a subtle bite that brought the dish together beautifully. Throughout the evening, Chef Ryan's service was impeccable. I want to give a shout out to chef Ryan of RYPE Chef services. We requested an intimate dinner be prepared for three couples that we were entertaining at our home last month. We requested an Italian theme dinner and enjoyed a grilled octopus appetizer followed by a fantastic Caprese salad. A main course of veal piccata with lemon risotto topped off the spectacular meal. For dessert I requested a home made lemon meringue pie with graham cracker crust and it was as good as my mother’s, which I have always rated the best. On top of it all he’s a veteran and professional in every way he communicates, prepares and executes what is his passion. I highly recommend Ryan if you are in the market for an exclusive dining experience with a top chef. Not to mention, it’s also nice to not have to worry about cooking and cleaning up afterwards while entertaining your guests.
