Matt is awesome! I reached out to him about my water heater leaking and he was at my home the next day to replace my water heater. His prices are great, but nonetheless, he is great and a man of his word. After a few hours my new water heater stopped heating my water and he came 3 times to figure out the issue. He changed the heating element and did everything that he could. Come to find out it was my old water heater timer that broke. Now, I’m getting hot water. I recommend Matt 1 million percent and will hire him again in a heart beat.

I am very glad and fortunate to have met Matt from Beneficial Water systems to replace my water heater. He was very professional and punctual and most of all his price was 3 times less than the previous plumbing companies. I highly recommend him if you need your water heater replaced. I wish I would’ve contacted him first instead of getting all these ridiculous quotes to replace a water heater. I guess some companies are just out to rip off consumers. Everyone on the crew was extremely knowledgeable and professional. They wore protective booties when they needed to enter the house. I contacted Moulton's Heating & Cooling through Thumbtack to replace my water heater. My hot water was only lasting about 15 minutes. Andre called shortly afterwards to set an appointment and help me select a tankless water heater. He arrived on time and explained everything before getting started. He answered all of my questions along the way. Two weeks have passed, and I couldn't be happier with the result. Finally enjoying long showers. I will definitely contact Andre for future projects 😊
