I used Lori's catering services for a small get together and birthday party for about 30 people. Since I was a novice at party giving, Lori was very good about checking in with me along the way and making suggestions about both the menu and the setup. We had more than enough food which had been a particular worry of mine since I could not picture amounts. The party was for noon on a Sunday and I elected to do sort of a blend between a brunch and a lunch. In particular, the strata, mango salad and berry fruit salad were the most popular and I found that the dressings, sauces and spreads that accompanied the food were what added to the uniqueness of the ham, rolls and other salads. Everything was tasty and fresh. The delivery person was on time and helpful with food placement as it was a buffet style. The dishes were all set to go on platters and we supplied the serving utensils and beverages. I would certainly recommend Lori for whatever occasion you might need these services.

Outstanding! We originally booked Culinary Artz for just the catering, but by the time of the wedding they handled everything from full service wedding planning with entertainment, to flowers, to decorations and site set-ups. They took care of everything, and they went above and beyond, making sure everything went perfect. We were very uneducated to what was needed and what to expect for a wedding when we first sat down with Culinary Artz, they took the time to walk us threw in detail what to expect, and answer any questions we had. We had a lot of shifts and changes in our planning, due to a lot of factors, but culinary Artz took the time to help us and to adapt to the change, they never missed a beat! They excelled at the little things that made the wedding all that much greater, like saving and serving the whole wedding party outside before we made our entrance. I can’t stress enough how much that made a difference after a long day of running around getting ready with no time to eat, especially to my wife. With Culinary Artz as our wedding planners, we never had to worry about a thing, they took are of all the set up and breakdown, all the placements and decorations looked incredible. My wife and I were able to focus on our day, and not worry about any of the planning or details. Now to the food, man was it good! I personally have never had wedding food that exited me or I thought tasted that great. Michael and his team hit it out of the park, every dish was perfect, and not one person had anything negative about the food. We received many compliments all night that the food was amazing, and we had a very diverse and picky crowd. So I’ll end with this, Culinary Artz created a beautiful stress free environment, with incredible food, that over all allowed us the enjoy the whole day the way we wanted, and for that I say thank you to the whole Culinary Artz team!

Not only would I recommend any bride to have a wedding planner, but I would recommend Fabienne and her wonderful team in a heart beat. She was fantastic. She thought of every detail and took care of everything. Without her many things on my wedding day would have been a disaster and I would have had to deal with them. Valerie is an absolute miracle worker! Valerie pulled off a complete miracle - the absolute perfect day! She paid attention to every single little detail and created the most beautiful magical day. She assisted in the months and weeks leading up to the event in helping us secure the vendors, listening to us as we discussed themes, colors, budget. She was there bright and early the day of, hustling and organizing, and making sure everyone and everything was where they needed to be. Throughout the day she was directing traffic making sure the various vendors and people were where they needed to be. She stayed late into the evening to break everything down as the reception wound down. She gave way more than 100% - she went way above and beyond - and did it with class! A consummate professional all the way through! The guests raved about how smoothly everything went and how awesome the experience was. One compliment that we kept hearing throughout the experience - was how *authentic* everything seemed - every detail was catered to us perfectly! I could not have asked for a more beautiful experience and I would HIGHLY recommend Valerie to anyone considering an event/wedding planner.

Had a 50th birthday party and it was a 70th theme and he was a night to remember because Social Butterfly Events, (SBE) brought my vision to light. The one thing I requested was a dessert bar and I must tell you the cupcakes came in different flavors and I fell over with the banana pudding and red velvet cupcakes. I have used (SBE) 4 times...and this is definitely my go to Event Planner for sure.

    Hi all! I'm a seasoned and professional wedding and corporate event planner. I have my CWP and CMP license with 12 years of experience. My services include sourcing (venue selection), site and planning visits, contract negotiation, room design and layout, vendor selection (floral, linen, entertainment) audio visual needs, food and beverage selection, menu tasting, transportation, hotel room blocks, event logistics, timelines and checklists, and day-of coordination and execution. For events taking place at a hotel, I will ensure you're meeting the food and beverage minimum, handle load-in and load-out of vendors, and retain/submit completed vendor guideline rules and COIs as needed. For weddings, I will uphold religious and cultural preferences and assist in securing the following services: hair, makeup, photography, and videography. I will secure vendors or work with those you've chosen. Additional miscellaneous areas I specialize in include offsite catering, tuxedo rentals, rehearsal and dinner, security, city permits and special licensing, destination events, and printing (place cards, menus, directional signage). I've worked for DMCs and only Five Diamond hotels focusing on groups and special events. I have a significant network of industry professionals as a South Florida native, and offer my services at an extremely fair cost and below the industry standard.
