I was looking for a chef to work with on an ongoing basis, to provide whole food, organic meals for my family. Chef Dameon has exceeded every point on my wish list. I was impressed initially speaking with him over the phone, it was easy to sense his passion for cooking. Chef Dameon personifies the saying how you do anything is how you do everything. Arriving not on time but early, he treated my kitchen with respect and professionalism. Working cleanly and efficiently, he produces meals on caliber with any elite 5 star restaurant. Chef Dameon is a blessing to our family, as a busy working mom running her own business with little time to cook, he has brought life back to my kitchen. Thank you Chef!!
We were very lucky to work with Corwin for our wedding. We had met with two caterers prior to meeting Corwin, but after our tasting and discovering how reasonable the pricing was, we couldn’t say no. His team was prompt, professional, and dynamic (my guests had very memorable experiences with his team that they were still raving about days later). Despite how busy Corwin’s business is, he always made time to answer my texts and calls, and customized my menu several times over the months leading up to the wedding as changes presented themselves. They prepared two beautiful plates for my husband and I following our ceremony so we could enjoy a private dinner before all the craziness started. And several random guests approached me on the dance floor letting me know we definitely didn’t waste money on the food :)
Our Cookery Demo with Vivian was an outstanding success and much enjoyed by all of us. Vivian was prompt, courteous and very knowledgable. I have enjoyed cooking for many years but picked up so many new tips in the 3 hours we had together. Our finished dinner menu was delicious and we all sat down together and ate which was a lovely way to finish our time together with Vivian. Would highly recommend her services and we will be booking another day during the Christmas Holidays.
Chef Bob was awesome! I called Bob to set up a private cooking lesson for my wife's birthday. He came to our home with everything needed for the lessons. He's very personable, funny, and great at what he does. I don't consider myself a chef, but he 'dumbed' everything down for us to understand and comprehend. Not only did he show us how to turn 1 dish into many, but he also gave us a bunch of neat time-saving tricks to use during the week, since we are both busy full-time workers. We'll definitely be hiring Chef Bob for our next party - his food is outstanding!
Sunny and her team recently catered my wedding in Lakeland FL. She went above and beyond to ensure everything went great even when we had a mishap with my cake (which she wasn't even responsible for) she stepped in to help fix he issue and made my special day unforgettable!! Everything was great!!! Loved the taste and presentation!!! Sunny has a passion for this and it shows in the taste of the food!! All of her dishes are unquie with little ideas of improving Classic recipes!! Bold flavors and unquie elegant style all at a friendly affordable price!! I would recommend this catering service to anyone working on a budget that still wants that special homemade southern hospitality touch!!

Reginald Beck was the facilitator of a cooking class at the Puyallup state fair in summer 2012. His presentation was easy to follow. His oration was clear and concise. Product created by participants turned out very well. I attribute that to his instruction. I have tasted his products on numerous occasions and I have never had a bad experience
Awesome service and Chef Susan is delightful! After only 1 class I already feel more confidant. The food is delicious and Chef Susan will show you how to present it beautifully. A must to experience for beginner cooks like me. Can't wait for my next class!
My girlfriend and I had Chef Lionel over to teach us how to cook. He was absolutely amazing! He arrived on time, was very patient, and helped to break down steps so we can both understand. The food turned out fabulous! We can't wait for our second class. :)
Sandy has been doing a one on one culinary class with my 12 year old daughter over the last three weeks and the results are delicious! Her rates are beyond reasonable and Phoebe has brought home the most delectable dishes to share her learning with us! Sandy successfully taught Phoebe to make the best Pate a chox, a dinner of Roasted free range chicken with fresh fig wine sauce, Mediterranean quinoa with golden raisins and pine nuts and Brussels sprouts and garlicky prosciutto which is absolutely delicious! She also taught her knife skills, setting a formal table, plating and even provided the cutest apron fit for a chef in the making! She has been so kind and warm, really teaching Phoebe the joy and rewards of producing meals fit for royalty! I highly recommend her for the sometimes difficult task of teaching young people an appreciation for the culinary arts! Phoebe specifically said, "She's really nice and you can warm up to her really fast. She's very creative, my favorite part is tasting the food." That's a win in my book!
Chef Gordon is an amazing chef! He prepared an outstanding meal for our group of 6 adults. It was such a pleasures have him cook for us! Made our trip extra special!
The food is absolutely amazing! It's rare to find a catering company that can cook food in large quantities that is flavorful and seasoned. Staff is personable and professional. Livy O's works with any budget, and always offers alternatives and menu options. The cooking classes are fun and interactive! This is an excellent, flexible caterer.
I was lucky enough to host a cooking class/dinner party with Lindy recently. I had homemade unsweet chocolate from a farm in Ecuador, and Lindy taught me how to make it into an unbelievably delicious and intricate molè sauce, a recipe which she developed from her molè experiences traveling throughout Oaxaca. She has a wealth of food knowledge and experience from around the globe that she shares with great patience, generosity and some humor thrown in for spice. Lindy creates with diverse flavors in her palate and with local and healthy ingredients in the foreground. You will thank yourself for hiring her!
