I have been training with Doc for almost eight years now at two different locations. During that time he has been an extraordinary asset to me and my training. I was able to play varsity high school football and division 1 AA football thanks in part to Doc's training. He is very knowledgable in what developing athletes need, as well as how to continue training after their time in sports have ended. I have since graduated and continue to train with Doc regularly. I highly recommend his training for anyone interested in strength training, martial arts, or supplemental training for sports.

Jeshua is awesome! My husband and I have been training with him 6 months now. He is great at motivating and pushing us just the right amount, without yelling like a drill sergeant! I reached out to John for training and advice after a year of back and neck discomfort due to two (relatively minor) car accidents in one year, and 10 years of sedentary desk work. I had been seeing a chiropractor that encouraged me to get additional help in strengthening my core and back. After John's initial review he was able to identify a number of areas that needed improvement and, over the course of 6 months meeting every other week, worked with me on a customized workout plan that has helped correct much of what was causing me daily discomfort. I highly recommend his services for anyone needing help with especially quality of life type issues that can be corrected through strength training and core fitness.
