I love this place ! Doc is amazing !!! He is the real deal !My workout are always challenging and fun at the same times . Every session we do something different . Doc is extremely knowledgeable, Friendly and very dedicated to his business . He is very flexible and always work about my work schedule . I have always been afraid of lifting weights because I was scared I would hurt myself as I have done in the past. Docs is Incredibly knowledgeable and always correcting my form to ensure I don't get hurt. One of the best decision ever !!!
Training is on going and I am happy with the work so far. Courtney is helping me with weight-lifting techniques, proper safety, and he ensures that I am safe while lifting. He also has provided tips on nourishment.
Chris is an absolute treasure! He is knowledgeable about fitness (having gone through his own weight loss experience). He learns your limits and pushes you to them. He is kind, punctual, and so easy to work with. I highly recommend him!
Working with Trina has been amazing! She met me on my level, pushed me but not in an a way that's over the top, and I'm losing weight at a healthy rate. I feel better, stronger, and family and friends notice my progress which makes it official! She's the real deal!
If you REALLY want to work out, this is the man to go to. There hasn't been a session yet where I'm not sweating and feeling like my body is putting in work. I have a chaotic and lengthy work schedule, so I'm limited to working out with David two days a week. This is not your typical weight lifting, but great exercises from a man who really knows his techniques and form. Word to the wise, don't be afraid to ask questions because things can pick up fast and David wants you to focus on the "how" before getting to the "how much." Make sure you know what you want out of your workouts so he can help you at his best.
Top notch trainer, I'm very happy I found Reggie. I have had several trainers in my day and they don't even come close to his professionalism. Its very easy to trust that he knows what he is doing.He knows how to tailor each session or program to each client. He will get you results!!
Working with Jerry has been an AWESOME experience. I’ve been working with him for about 3 weeks now and I’m completely bought in. He certainly knows what he’s doing and more than anything, he’s willing to go above and beyond to get me to my goals. He has his own facility which is great and close to my house. He gives tons of encouragement and positive energy. He’s always super responsive, my schedule is all over the place and he’s always willing to be flexible. I have a weight loss goal and have already seen results in the way my clothes fit, and the scale has gone down 7 lbs. I would definitely recommend him, as I plan on continuing my 4 sessions a week for as long as possible.
Bakar is an amazing trainer and person. He's extremely dedicated to me and has really helped me grow not just physically but also my confidence and general state of being. I started working with him before my wedding last year and we had a weight loss target of 50 pounds. We reached that target and then some! I weigh about 155 pounds now down from 218 last summer. I'd recommend him to anyone.

Accomplishments that used to be all I would think about. Make a goal and achieve it and then you will have accomplished something and then you will be happy. However, I didn't feel like I was accomplishing anything and felt like I was failing at everything I was attempting. I thought I must be broken and I didnt know how to fix myself. My husband and I decided to get help and look for a trainer. We decided to hire Jeff, he seemed to bring a different approach to weight loss and exercise. I cried at our first meeting, I cried during our first several workouts and still cry every now and again. With Jeff's help, I have realized that, for me, it isnt about the goals and accomplishments, its about what is here and now and working what is right in front of me. I have started enjoying the journey and have stopped thinking about the possibility of failure. I know when I work out, I think more clearly and am able to talk through things while I work out. I have more clarity and am learning a lot about myself. Now when I look at the scale, the weight loss is just icing on the cake (no pun intended), not the most important part of my life. My husband also works out with Jeff, but we need very different things when it comes to working out. Jeff is able to give us each what we need while helping us work together to support each other and make our marriage better. We have changed what foods we buy and have a system that makes things much easier to plan the meals. That used to one of the most challenging parts. The eternal question "what am I going to feed them tonight" now not an issue. Jeff doesn't have a formula for improving life, he really works with you to meet the needs of each individual, it's real life. I am very grateful to be on this journey, I realize now I am not broken, and am excited about what may come next.
Jeshua is an EXCELLENT trainer! The exercise programs he designs are thoughtful and make my hour sessions both fun and interesting. He knows just the right amount to “push”, and also when to scale back. Jeshua is extremely attentive. He provides timely & helpful tips, frequent feedback, and plenty of encouragement. He's receptive to feedback and quickly adapted to my interpersonal style... Now he knows EXACTLY how to motivate me to deliver my best, every single session. Also, I appreciate his insights on nutrition and healthy lifestyle – This is a huge bonus for me. Working with Jeshua, I’ve experienced great progress in a relatively short amount of time – Over 9 lbs lost in my first month! I’m always amazed when he chimes in and tells me how much more weight/reps/time I’ve completed compared to a previous session. When picking a trainer, you want someone who will give you that tough love, right? Like you are paying someone to help you get progress, and that only happens if you change something about your life. But also, it can be super intimidating to work out with a trainer. Maybe he has a perfect body, and you don't see yourself being able to achieve what he has. Or maybe you worry that he will judge you because your schedule, diet, and form aren't perfect. So about Alex... First of all, he is probably the nicest person I have ever met. Like really nice. My mom is a really nice person, and I think Alex is even nicer than her. Working with Alex was the FIRST TIME I felt like I was actually getting a crap ton of value from sessions with a personal trainer. So he is super nice, but also he wants me to see progress in working with him. He provides that tough love I am paying him for. From our initial meeting to our last session, I never once felt judged. I always felt like Alex had a genuine passion to help me transform. When I told him I followed a strict paleo diet, he kindly suggested I try eating a plant-based diet, but he didn't judge me. And ya know what? I now eat a crap ton of plants, and I have never felt better. When I told him that sometimes I binged on the weekends, and I thought that might be ruining my progress, he kindly suggested I stop and stay focused on my goal. Sometimes we think we need someone to coddle us, but sometimes we just need someone to be matter of fact and help us put the kabash on the drama we add to our life. In case this isn't clear in my review, I am a female, and yes, I responded well when he told me to stop with the binge eating on weekends. I don't binge on junk food anymore. I wanted to achieve the goal I was working on with Alex! And I realized that I could keep paying him and sabotaging myself, or I could keep paying him and listen and DO the things he was telling me. When I told him that another trainer told me my legs were the size they were and they would never change, Alex and I talked about different body types but also that through hard work, we actually can change our bodies. My stubborn legs stayed the same size for a long time, but I am down from a size 12 pants into my dream size 6 pants. Alex is extremely knowledgeable about exercise, form, and doing good for us things for our bodies. He is organized and takes time creating his programs. I've worked out with trainers before who just make things up on the fly! Not Alex. Everything is planned out and follows a systematic approach, but he also adjusts based on what I am capable of doing. He modifies things so that I can do the move and then continue to progress to better form and harder moves. He takes the time to follow-up with clients. He made me feel strong and empowered. I've never felt that way from a trainer before. I've always just gone to a trainer just to lose weight, but I actually felt empowered to change my life from my sessions with Alex. When I was first working out with Alex, I was leaving my teaching job and basically unemployed. I didn't have a ton of extra money to spend, but I still feel like the money I have spent to work out with Alex was the best money I ever spent to change my life. I am in the best shape I have ever been. I have a system of eating that makes me FEEL amazing and doesn't feel like a diet. I seriously love plants so much, and he helped me stop being afraid of carbs! Like what? I can eat carbs and not be a bad person? Sign me up. I am in the smallest pant size I have ever been which feels flipping phenomenal. And I feel strong and empowered. And he helped me do all this with kind but tough love.

Training with David has helped me to loose over 20 lbs. in 3 months. I know every woman will say "yeah that may be easy for you because you have time" but I have just the opposite. Prior to training with FitU I felt as if I had no time to eat healthy, hydrate properly or even exercise as I myself help people acheive their health care goals. As a chiropractor running an extremely busy practice, mother to a high school student, wife to an ill husband and having to commute 45 minutes sometimes an hour in Atlanta traffic each way to work 5-6 days a week I knew that I didn't have time to work out or so I thought. David texted me frequently giving great suggestions on food choices and advised me that working out at least 30 minutes a day with him on my lunch break was better than not doing anything at all. He has truly changed my outlook on working out forever. He is very understanding to each individual's situation and he truly wants to see you accomplish your fitness goals. I am still on my weight loss journey but the changes that I've made this far I know that I can continue on.
I feel really bad about my body and health prior to getting with Crystal. I had a wedding to plan in a short time and even started stress eating instead of losing weight....I was gaining weight. She came along and within two weeks, I was feeling cool and confident about myself. She started with a meal program and a weekly workout schedule. Crystal was empathic to my weak areas and exercises were modified until I gained more strength. I feel so good right now and want to continue with her even after my wedding next weekend. Islam is very good both as a person and as a trainer. I have been working with him since three months and I can distinctly feel changes in my body. His technique is just right. Not only does he know how to train in terms of weight lifting and other excercises he is also knowledged about how to work with previous injuries and get the right results. He is very punctual and has never missed a session yet. Not only does he train but he makes sure he is there with you every sec never letting you out of his sight. Anyone reading this review , think no more, I assure you he will be the best thing you choose today.
I started working with Larry in Feb and it was the best decision I've ever made! I had no experience working with weights or even working out and he was so patient with me and pushed me to levels that I had no idea I was capable of doing!!! His team and members of his gym are very friendly and supportive, always cheering you on!! I loved that Larry takes the time to monitor your eating habits and always has a new workout everyday!!! If you're looking for results Larry and his team is the place to go!

I trained with Matt for over two years and it was a wonderful experience! I went from being able to only use a few machines at the gym to lifting more than I could have ever imagined. Matt was always patient and would make sure you were doing each individual exercise correctly. If I hadn't moved out of state I don't think I would have ever switched trainers!
