I participated in Aneesah's bootcamp in NYC. It was AMAZING! I sweated like i was in a sauna and my body was sore for 2 weeks. That says a lot!! Aneesah is great because she explains what body part you're working while you're doing the exercise. She also targets different zones and is sensitive to your injuries. I would highly recommend her and can't wait to do it again. You won't have any regrets if you take her class or hire her as your trainer! 2 thumbs up ??
This place is fantastic. I have already got two of my co-workers to join and get themselves fit. I attend the morning bootcamps and they are butt kickin, every time! The prices are VERY reasonable as well. I highly recommend this gym to any new, intermediate or advanced folks. Come out and give it a try!
A big shout out to Joanie Williams! Not only is she an amazing fitness instructor, she's a wonderful person who I call my friend. She encouraged me at bootcamp when I felt like quitting! She was patient with me and kept pushing me to try harder. Her determination and hard work paid off because now I value exercising and the benefits I see from it. Andrea and I are taking on our first Half Ironman this September so we asked Donna to prepare us for our upcoming training by helping us strength training. With a family, work, and 3 disciplines to train for, Donna worked with us to squeeze a 30 minute sprint full body strength training on our off mornings. 30 minutes doesnt sound long but Donna put together well thought out full body bootcamp type workouts that incorporated strength and cardio. She pushed us to our limits and didnt waste any time. She arrived early to make sure we got in a proper warmup. No workout was the same so we could never anticipate what muscles were going to be worked. She definitely kept our muscles confused!! After 6 weeks of consistent strength training with Donna, I can definitely feel stronger and prepared to begin HIM training. She's awesome!
I take his bootcamp class at my jobs gym! He is a very good trainer! I had to lose 20 pound a year ago in order to donate a kidney to my husband and he helped me achieve this goal!
I had a blast working along with Reggie at the 1155 Perimeter Center W corporate gym while working at AirWatch. I had decided to pay attention to my weight when I was reaching 300 pounds and joined the gym and attended the group sessions i.e. Bootcamp with him 3 times a week int he mornings. Within 6-7 months, I had lost 50-60 pounds getting into shape and he definitely pushed me hard with a mix of cardio and light weights. The concept of "shock" workouts and making every session interesting was new to me and Reggie did a fantastic job at that! I would strongly recommend Reggie Porter and his dedication and expertise in personal training.
I have attended Kiah's bootcamp and kickboxing classes for over a year and just recently began personal training with her and I have to say it has absolutely changed my life! I have two young children and I am a teacher so a good deal of consideration went into my decision to buy a personal training package. However, after our first personal training session, I immediately purchased two more packages with her and left wondering why I did not buy them sooner! Kiah is an outstanding, knowledge, and thoughtful person and trainer. My goals were discussed and she created individualized training sessions for me in order to reach those goals, with weight training and diet, as well. After each session I recieve a text from her asking me how I feel and how I thought the sessions were going, which allows us to reflect on my progress and reassess my short term goals if necessary. Great trainer who focuses on the whole physique (muscle building and cardio) quite similar to crossfit. Has made a tremendous difference for my wife and me in our strength/endurance/weight. Saturday "bootcamp" is very challenging, but excellent team workout session.
I truly enjoy the energy of our bootcamp class. It's challenging, fun and so worth it. Ahsharah loves what she does and it shows in her interactions with us. She is helpful, encouraging and so much fun to be around. I recommend Taino Fitness to anyone wanting to meet their fitness goals. It's so worth it!!!

Bryan is a fantastic trainer. He asks about me and my goals and tailors our sessions to meet those. He keeps it interesting by switching things up- sometimes we go outside to the park, other times, we use TRX, boxing, core work, speed work etc. I also love going to his bootcamps on Saturdays. I always get a great workout with Bryan and he really focuses on the things that are important to me. Not to mention he has a wonderful personality!
I've been training with Evan for about a year and I cannot say enough good things about him. I first met Evan at Bootcamp. I observed how he interacted with the group, how he was motivational along with a kick a** workout. So, I decided to try personal training sessions with him. I was nervous in the beginning but the first couple of workouts were to gauge my level of endurance and from there, Evan setup an individual plan (including meals). Each workout got a little harder but he targets different areas to achieve a total body workout. As much as I wanted to see a drastic change in my weight I saw a difference in my overall health getting better and then the pounds began to come off as well. Evan will check up on you, he will be your accountability partner, he's not afraid to workout with you if you need the extra push. I appreciate the fact that he invests in his clients and I couldn't have asked for a better trainer.
I will sum V's Tight Tush Boot camp in three words...fun, fitness and fabulous. I have never been one who liked to workout because it always felt boring and redundant. A friend of mine invited me to attend the boot camp with her. Initially I was hesitant, however I'm so glad she persuaded me to go. I never had so much fun squatting in my life. It's sounds funny, but I felt really sexy working out to music in my wedges. I must also say working out surrounded by the lovely scenery in Piedmont Park was an added bonus. V, you are an awesome fitness coach; can't wait until the next bootcamp.

I will speak to the professionalism Da’Mon exhibits on a daily basis with his clients. He is not only passionate about our progress in the gym but also professionally as he has gotten certified in life coaching and mentors a group of us weekly on advancing our careers and lives. I watched him work with 60-100 people every morning at 5am for months and was amazed at the patience and attention to detail he displayed with everyone present. I have meet the majority of his current clients as we all get together for his birthday and one holiday each year. I am a life long client started with him in bootcamp a few years back where I lost 23lbs in 60 days and have been along for the ride ever since.
