I really love working with Doc, he is very invested in making sure I achieve my goals in both physical fitness and in my diet! He constantly pushes me to be better is is a great cheerleader. I have seen great results since I have been working with him. He is an honest and reasonable guy and he is always welling to help! I look and feel great and now all my friends want his contact info. I train under Bakar at the Body Laboratory LLC. Bakar is the best ..hands down..he is very knowledgable in the area of fitness and nutrition. Most importantly his sessions is filled with fun and I get to do different exercises (strength,conditioning ,flexibility ) each session. During the session he is always there for you..encouraging you and correcting you. For me most importantly he is very flexible and that helps me given my hectic work schedule. All you got to do is let me him know what your goals are and he would cater ur exercises for that. He is very aporochable and I enjoy my time at the gym. Great going Bakar!!.
Working with Kevin is a real treat, he keeps you motivated to reach that next level but stays focused on what is accessible. Kevin is so creative about ensuring a diversified workout which gets me pumped and excited about what is next so I am usually not even focused on the timer. That's very new for me, I have been trying to work out on my own, even created my own workout schedule, but never was able to stick to it and there is something quite different about trusting that there is a professional able to offer the right guidance to get you to where you want to be. I have been swamping Kevin with questions from fitness, to nutrition and exercise equipment and he has been very helpful in advising and explaining the "why, what and which" of the health and fitness world, an arena I can't wait to discover more about. When I first hired Akil, I was the unhealthiest I had ever been. I needed guidance and no matter how much I read about fitness, I knew it couldn't replace in person expertise. Over the course of 6 months I lost inches and gained so much confidence, and I never once had to quit because I hurt myself. He showed me how to use all the equipment in my gym, but he also showed me exercises I could do at work and helped me to be more mindful of my diet. I'm thrilled with how far I've come, and the foundation he helped me to build. And he really builds a plan on what you need and what you can work with. And he helped me with a goal of mine to do push-ups. Went from 0 to able to do sets of 10! I obviously recommend (or I wouldn't review) but know that you get out what you put in. He'll help you come up with a nutrition plan, but it's up to you to follow it. Absolutely worth the work though!
I hired jerome with Elite Fitness to train my 3 boys to build muscle and tone for the up and coming wrestling season. I don't know what he did, but I'm so glad he did it, i have never seen my boys that big and so ripped. Jerome definitely knows what he is doing. And the best part is he never let them slack off. Mu boys said he is more like a big brother to them then just their trainer. Trust me he is worth every penny.

David is the best trainer I could have asked for! He truly cares and has tailored my program specifically to my fitness goals. What'a more, it has been a lot of fun with new styles and workouts all the time. He is also very flexible, which helps me stick with the program on my hectic schedule. Hello when I started with Crystal I was about 259 lbs. Crystal trained me very, very well sometime I felt like dame what did I get myself into. Crystal was a Fabulous trainer she groomed my waist down from a 44W to 38-40W. I was EXTREMELY happy with my results. Everyday I got better and better, I worked out twice a week and I was very tired at first then as time we past I got more and more energy from her workouts. I had two session a week and I was thinking if I had three woooow I would had lost even more weight and gained a lot more energy faster. My end results was 240lb. I had a wonferful time with Crystal as my trainer. If U really wanna loose weight and gain lots of energy and get the results train with Crystal's fitness because U will see thee difference.
Very good trainer. He pushes without force. Very considerate of all limitations. Very reasonably priced. Marc is very personable and ensures that you meet your goal. He checks up on you if you go M.I.A and holds you accountable. He always answers any questions you have and gives you the tools and skills to do exercise with and without him. Will post before and after pics once I hit my goal.

This is my third week working with Midtown Trainers and I could not be happier. I appreciate how all the trainers use their individual strengths, working together as a team to help you reach your goals. Lauren, my main trainer, is phenomenal. She is right there watching my form and will help me make immediate adjustments as needed. She pushes me when she is confident that I can do more, and I trust her so if she thinks I can do it then I believe I can as well. The programs are individualized and progressive so you never feel stagnate or bored. I highly recommend this team of trainers. Trey has chosen a great group of professionals who are passionate about fitness and will work hard in your behalf to get you where you want to be.
