This is my first time requesting the services of a personal trainer and I was a bit apprehensive at first but after my first free consultation with Doc and explaining my concerns with my physique, health and exercing and he made me feel completely at ease. He was extremely knowledgeable in his profession and knows what he's talking about. We discussed my medical history and what id be comfortable with in regards to a trainer. He had paired me up with his head trainer DeAri. DeAri is by far an amazing trainer, she's professional with me from the start and focuses on me during all of our training in sessions. She's attentive and focuses on how I'm performing each workout and checks in with me to make sure I'm not overworking my injury or if I'm in pain. I've been with DeAri for almost 2 months now and I really enjoy it so far.
David is the best personal trainer and health coach I have ever had. His knowledge goes way beyond your standard trainer. For the past 3 years I have used David to keep me in optimal health in order to be able to do my job better as a Reality Camera Operator.

Training with David has helped me to loose over 20 lbs. in 3 months. I know every woman will say "yeah that may be easy for you because you have time" but I have just the opposite. Prior to training with FitU I felt as if I had no time to eat healthy, hydrate properly or even exercise as I myself help people acheive their health care goals. As a chiropractor running an extremely busy practice, mother to a high school student, wife to an ill husband and having to commute 45 minutes sometimes an hour in Atlanta traffic each way to work 5-6 days a week I knew that I didn't have time to work out or so I thought. David texted me frequently giving great suggestions on food choices and advised me that working out at least 30 minutes a day with him on my lunch break was better than not doing anything at all. I've been training with Crystal for 8 weeks now and also signed up to get a meal plan from her. It has been a great experience. I've lost several pounds and inches and my overall health has improved. I love that she offers a nutritionist approved meal plan. The meal plan is user-friendly, improved my results and helped get my family on track with healthy eating. Our training sessions are tough but doable and Crystal is great at motivating and pushing me to do my best. Max Nazaire is the best personal trainer ever! When I hired Max as my personal trainer, I was overweight, and I had a knee injury. My 50th birthday was also two months away, and I wanted to feel better, look better, and improve my health overall. The big 5-0 milestone was the perfect opportunity to accomplish my goals. Three weeks before my fitness journey, I visited an orthopedic doctor (accompanied by a cane) for my knee. The doctor gave me a cortisone injection for the pain. Unfortunately, the relief was temporary. I explained to Max that my mobility was limited and there were certain exercises I was unable to do. He said, “Give me two weeks, and I promise the pain will be gone.” Two and a half weeks later the pain was completely gone. I was stronger and healthier, and my flexibility was better than ever. Eight months into my fitness program, I was down 43 lbs, and I ran a half marathon. Three years later I am still pain-free. Max has demonstrated his ability to help anyone achieve and exceed their fitness and nutrition goals.

Truth is my health Chef Soul made me learn to envision on how to grow every moment. I've got a new perspective on plants and benefits inside each one pertaining to my health. The urge in my mind to fix my health and the kind words from Chef Soul made this transition much easier. Thank you for allowing me the chance to purchase these amazing meals. Curretly trying to plant seeds in my own garden like Organic Gardening is doing for Chef Soul. If ever the opportunity to use these products I suggest trying Mashed Potatoes, Cashew Milk, Sorrel, and Fried Dumplings. So many more food I have to taste but all the ones prior were delicious. Happiness is great form of love, love for yourself and your meals is great.
Tristan got to my preferred gym before me to check it out and to sign in. She already had a workout routine prepared for our training session. Tristan was a good coach as far as ensuring my form on each exercise was correct. She also helped push me through the sets and gave me advice as well as praise for completing the sets. After the work out, Tristan provided a meal plan for the remainder of the day to help with keeping the body strong and less sore. I would refer Train with Tristan to anyone who needs a physical trainer in and around the Atlanta Metro Area.
I was a bit skeptical when I began the course with my health coach, Candace Williams. I was surprised to find after each session that I felt more and more confident that I was on my way to a new healthy life. The things I was learning were having a big impact on my perspective and attitude. Positive optimism slowly took over and though consistent life style change for me was slow to incorporate, it did happen. As long as I did not give up I knew the information I was being given would make a difference. My health began to improve. I began to lose weight and my blood pressure lowered. My sweet cravings and munchie cravings went away. I began to enjoy real food (fruits & vegetables) more and more. Now self-control is expected as the norm for me! When I went looking for a Personal Trainer, I never expected to get everything that I wanted: a trainer specializing in the female physique and a private all female facility. What I did get was more than I could have ever asked for. I am a 53 year young woman who, in the past had been very health conscience; however, I had let that slide over the past 10 years and found myself unable to use the stairs without running out of breath. I was not obese (about 20lbs overweight), but I was totally out of shape. I began my return to fitness on September 2, 2013 and was given a diet plan as well as personalized small group circuit training which I attend three days a week. I feel fantastic! The training is tough, I'm not going to mislead you, but the results are there. The women that I work out with have become my inspiration and teammates in fitness.
