After going though several trainers who weren't dedicated to my fitness goals, it's been so refreshing to meet and train with Doc. He is very knowledgeable, focused and believe it or not, I now enjoy coming to the gym! I've already started to notice physical changes such as a flatter tummy and increased strength. I love how he caters every training session to my needs as well. I've been raving about doc to everyone I know. You will not be disappointed!

This man is excellent. He is more than a regular strength trainer. He is a training consultant/specialist who takes pride to make sure my work out needs are superior. I drive alot for work & he creatively initiates the proper strength exercises that correlates w/ my job and it works. He's unique in how he is always thinking of ways to make my workouts challenging and fun. I love my trainer Dave Johnson & would highly recommend him to anyone who takes their body serious because he definitely will!!!!

I love that it is 1-on-1 so you don't feel judged by others especially if you're just starting out. Trainers are great and make you feel comfortable and try to push you to do your best. I wish there was a better way to sign up for sessions but they have a great response time. For sure going to continue attending sessions!
Jerry is knowledgeable and professional and was great about working with my schedule. He gave me a great workout appropriate for my age (50) and fitness level. Total pro!
I train under Bakar at the Body Laboratory LLC. Bakar is the best ..hands down..he is very knowledgable in the area of fitness and nutrition. Most importantly his sessions is filled with fun and I get to do different exercises (strength,conditioning ,flexibility ) each session. During the session he is always there for you..encouraging you and correcting you. For me most importantly he is very flexible and that helps me given my hectic work schedule. All you got to do is let me him know what your goals are and he would cater ur exercises for that. He is very aporochable and I enjoy my time at the gym. Great going Bakar!!.
Working with Kevin is a real treat, he keeps you motivated to reach that next level but stays focused on what is accessible. Kevin is so creative about ensuring a diversified workout which gets me pumped and excited about what is next so I am usually not even focused on the timer. That's very new for me, I have been trying to work out on my own, even created my own workout schedule, but never was able to stick to it and there is something quite different about trusting that there is a professional able to offer the right guidance to get you to where you want to be. I have been swamping Kevin with questions from fitness, to nutrition and exercise equipment and he has been very helpful in advising and explaining the "why, what and which" of the health and fitness world, an arena I can't wait to discover more about. Joel has been working with me since February, 2015. I am 44 years old and was completely out of shape. My main goal was not to lose weight, but to get toned and fit. Once Joel did my evaluation, he designed a program for me with my goals in mind. He customizes my workouts and always keeps them fun. It's always something different and challenging. During our sessions, he always explains what we are doing and why. He is very informative and loves to share his knowledge of fitness so that I can get the maximum benefit from everything we do. What I like most about Joel is that he puts a lot of time and thought into each and every workout before we meet. Train at Home Atlanta delivered. Every session was new and fresh. I did things I never knew I could do like boxing and yoga. The trainers are knowledgeable not only about the workout, but also about the mind-body connection. I learned stress busting strategies, talked about no-nonsense nutrition and was even encouraged to try therapeutic massage as well as a kinesiology program to help me move better. Akil is a top trainer in Atlanta. His methods have held me accountable to my goals and I really enjoy his training style. Our workouts are intense but he is very attentive to making sure the exercises work well for my body type and comfort level. He is there to push me, but not to hurt me! That really makes a difference. After just a few months of training I am achieving my body and nutrition goals thanks to his guidance.
Jerome with Elite Fitness, is the most knowledgeable trainer I have ever worked with. Within days of working with him, I was feeling better them when I was being seen by my physical therapist and my chiropractor. He is so much fun to be around, he has a great personality which makes ever session enjoyable, and fun. I can wait until my next session.

I have been working with Damon for a couple of weeks now and we will have much more work to do due to my needs. Damon is a very thoughtful, experienced, empathetic and effective professional. In 1 hour he gives me a more effective workout than my 1.5 hrs of home based exercises I received from my physical therapist. He has the right mix of caution yet pushing your body as necessary. He even goes the extra mile to contact me later in the day or the next day to see how my body is reacting to the training. I have already felt improvement and have no doubts they will continue as we work together. I've had chronic pain since about 1998 and I've had 3 complex back surgeries. I've worked with many physical therapists but no personal trainers. Damon is one of the best, if not the best, physical improvement trainers I've worked with. I would absolutely highly recommend him.

If you are in search of an intense but ever chaninging workout then don't over look Mbodyment Fitness! The workouts are suitable for any level! The atmosphere is refreshing being outside for boot camp! The personal progress I made in knocking off over 50 lbs was worth pushing myself to attend! Go MFBC!
