They are very knowledgeable they know plumbing. They've done simple things as installed new shower heads faucets new toilets. They've done bigger things like excavating going underground to clear lines. They're really strong on emergency calls. I've called them numerous signs for emergency calls on after hours. Joe came and installed my water heater the same day I called him after learning that I didn't have hot water for 3 days. He gave me a competitive price and he was always ready to respond to any questions or concens I had. He explained to me what he was doing. He recommended and got better quality materials for my water heater that he knew, from his experience, would not only last but also prolong the life of my heater. He was very patient with all my questions and he was courteous, respectful and very professional. My husband and I were thankful that we hired him. An addedbonus was he lived locally so if we had concerns, it would even be easier for him to come and see what's going on. I highly recommend him for any plumbing needs.

If I could select all five positives I would! Phil called quickly, came to the house fast, assessed the issue and gave us options. They were very reasonable so we went with the same day repair. Actually just needed one water heater replaced, but did both the same day since they were the same age (12 years). Phil went to get all the supplies and had the installation done within a couple of hours. Very impressed! Thank you for a job well done. We will use Same Day Plumbing again for sure. Highly recommend!

My 25 YO water heater sprung a very slow leak indicating it was probably time to look into a replacement unit. I took my time researching various companies to help me address the pending issue and chose GA Master Plumber out of many. Derek lived up to the high ratings he gets. I included pictures of my installation and indicated my preference of a Rheem unit since I got 25 years out of the old one (I know there's no guarantee the new one will last that long). Derek quickly responded with a quote as well a many other companies vying for my business, his quote was fashioned to address my specific needs and was competitive with others. I had indicated I was in no rush, very slow leak, but Derek got back to me and was able to get it scheduled for the next day. Okay, that'll work, I was his second job for that day. As things happen his first job ran over his estimate time for it and he advised me he was running later than promised and continued to keep me updated. Derek and Chris arrived a couple of hours late, but I was aware and had no problem with it. They got to work and had my old unit out and new unit install in less than two hours. If I'd completely stayed out of their way they would have most likely finished sooner, but hey I like to see how things are done and they were most accomodating and friendly. After everything is said and done my experience with GA Master Plumbing was GREAT and I will certainly call them the next time I have a plumbing need or requirement. Highly recommend them to anyone.
