Just a little bit about myself. I am in my 50's and had my left hip replaced in 11/2013 and my right hip in 4/2014. My surgeon was Dr. Mark Hanna of Resurgens at St. Joseph’s hospital. My hips were replaced using the anterior approach which as you know has no restrictions. My post-op recovery went extremely well with the help of my physical therapists and I was able to get back to a normal life with little pain and doing ordinary day-to-day tasks in a short period of time. However, I wanted more. I started working out at LA Fitness in December 2015 and started training with Trey Harris in April 2016. I quickly learned how out of shape I was in my legs, hips, back, core, upper body and poor flexibility to boot. My goal was to get back into waterskiing by June 2016 and after a lot of hard work Trey drove my boat and I skied. We have continued my workouts since and now I can take 2 steps at a time walking up a flight of stairs plus I now walk just as fast as I did 20 years ago. After 10 months of working with Trey my flexibility has improved and I feel much stronger all over. In a nutshell I haven’t felt this good physically in a long, long time and just can’t thank Trey enough. I would highly recommend Trey to anyone who wants more strength and flexibility just as I did.
I offer fitness training and management and provide the following services: * My classes are from Mondays to Thursdays at 6am, 8am, 9am and 4pm, 5pm, 6pm and 7pm. I am a vegan myself, but I understand dieting and the mental conditioning that goes along with it. I will come up with a solution that fits both of our needs to guarantee maximum results.
