After going though several trainers who weren't dedicated to my fitness goals, it's been so refreshing to meet and train with Doc. He is very knowledgeable, focused and believe it or not, I now enjoy coming to the gym! I've already started to notice physical changes such as a flatter tummy and increased strength. I love how he caters every training session to my needs as well. I've been raving about doc to everyone I know. You will not be disappointed!

Chris has been training me and my wife for few weeks and it has been most wonderful experience in all aspects. His pace and routines (with good variety) are great for a total body workout. I'd never worked with a personal trainer before, but this has been such a great experience! Trina took the time to listen to my concerns and has created work-outs that address those concerns and more. She challenges me to work a little harder each week and I can already feel the difference in my strength and stamina after just 4 weeks. David is the BEST... My first meeting with David he said, "You will become the cheerleader you once was in high school"! Getting started, David focused on my nutrition, posture, balance and my core. I noticed a change in my shape within a few weeks and lost pounds. My workout was challenging but I never had sore muscles...he knows just how much to push you and the workout is never the same. If your knees are hurting, he will direct you to work out a certain way and amazingly the pain goes away. I always felt my workout was tailored for me! I got into the best shape physically, mentally and yes, I lost the belly fat... hello cheerleader (smile)!!! I love, love, love David and highly recommend you consider him as your personal trainer/physical therapist!!!! I have now moved over an hour away but still plan to fit in Saturday mornings...

I have never been able to stick to a regular and frequent workout routine in my life until I joined Body Laboratory. I love food and often over eat. But after coming here for one month, I am seeing my body tone up and the six packs peeking out. Best part is that this personal training is reasonably priced. I would recommend it to anyone.
I enjoyed working with Bakar. We hire personal trainers for different reasons and as someone who already works out regularly, I needed someone to push me to the next level. There were some days that I really didn't like Bakar😣, but he was giving me what I asked for. I loved the results I was seeing and only stopped due to a move. I would recommend Bakar as your next or first personal trainer. Expect to work...but Expect Results!!!

Who wishes Chris Powell from Extreme Weight Loss would show up on their doorstep but without the television cameras? Well, I met Jeff Chaffee from Train at Home Atlanta at the Alive Expo and he comes pretty close. Jeff doesnt move in for any length of time. But he does provide support when I need it the most. We came to an agreement to exchange training sessions for promotion, and what a great experience that has been. The first time I met Jeff at my home, we discussed my goals (lose all of the extra weight), my eating habits, and my concerns dealing with the weight. After Jeff, got a clear understanding of what my goals were, we (meaning I) was off and exercising. Jeff is a little different in that he doesnt wear gym clothes. So he is not going down and dirty with you but, instead helps you work through it and then you get to learn the correct postures and forms quicker. Jeff is a former Marine, with 8 years of personal training experience. In addition he belongs to American Council for Exercise, and is certified by the National Council for Certified Personal Trainers, Jeff is also certified from the Hypnosis Motivation Institute and has 3 years of Hypnotherapy Experience. Jeff is unique in the aspect that he comes to your home, office, or wherever you schedule him to be for a week. Then the following week, he Skype's with you (which is half price). You just need a webcam. Jeff helps you design a schedule that works best for you. Jeff explains this too helps begin to take on the exercise, nutrition, and new ways thinking as a lifestyle. Then it becomes more about you and your life and less about him. Since school ended this past week (yeah), he is experiencing my children. My 9 year old daughter wants you to know he is nice, cute, and funny. He also takes time to address them and other people in my life, because he understands they are important and a big factor in my overall movement. On a given day, Jeff will have me do step ups, squats, pushups, and weights. He also monitors and prescribes activity in between sessions. Before each session, he will ask how your food intake, and exercise was from the last meeting. He also texted me after me after my 5k. He wanted to check in on how I felt. Also after each session, a day or two later, he texts to see how you are feeling physically and emotionally. The good news is that Jeff feels that I have my eating under control. I am feeling very motivated and am looking forward to getting these last 40-50 pounds off me! I have been working with Damon for a couple of weeks now and we will have much more work to do due to my needs. Damon is a very thoughtful, experienced, empathetic and effective professional. In 1 hour he gives me a more effective workout than my 1.5 hrs of home based exercises I received from my physical therapist. He has the right mix of caution yet pushing your body as necessary. He even goes the extra mile to contact me later in the day or the next day to see how my body is reacting to the training. I have already felt improvement and have no doubts they will continue as we work together. I've had chronic pain since about 1998 and I've had 3 complex back surgeries. I've worked with many physical therapists but no personal trainers. Damon is one of the best, if not the best, physical improvement trainers I've worked with. I would absolutely highly recommend him.
Islam is very good both as a person and as a trainer. I have been working with him since three months and I can distinctly feel changes in my body. His technique is just right. Not only does he know how to train in terms of weight lifting and other excercises he is also knowledged about how to work with previous injuries and get the right results. He is very punctual and has never missed a session yet. Not only does he train but he makes sure he is there with you every sec never letting you out of his sight. Anyone reading this review , think no more, I assure you he will be the best thing you choose today.
This is my third week working with Midtown Trainers and I could not be happier. I appreciate how all the trainers use their individual strengths, working together as a team to help you reach your goals. Lauren, my main trainer, is phenomenal. She is right there watching my form and will help me make immediate adjustments as needed. She pushes me when she is confident that I can do more, and I trust her so if she thinks I can do it then I believe I can as well. The programs are individualized and progressive so you never feel stagnate or bored. I highly recommend this team of trainers. Trey has chosen a great group of professionals who are passionate about fitness and will work hard in your behalf to get you where you want to be.
