He ran into a couple small snags along the way, but instead of making it complicated, he communicated clearly and even worked with me on pricing since he ended up handling multiple things during the visit. That kind of integrity means a lot. Bottom line: don’t walk to Keith, run to Keith. If you need plumbing work done, I truly don’t know why you would call anyone else. I reached out to several plumbers before choosing him, and something about his professionalism and energy immediately stood out. Jesse is an absolute lifesaver!! As a first time home owner, imagine my stress after finding out I have leak somewhere within the walls. Not only did Jesse reply within 15min but he was to locate the leak fairly quickly AND fixed the leak! Jesse was also able to walk me through what happened and assisted in getting me in touch with a reliable restoration company so I can start the next phase of fixing my bathroom.
