I paid over $200 to have my water heater flushed out as recommended by Kingdom. Afterwards, I still had the rumbling noise I could hear throughout my home. I had to call another plumber that replaced my circulation pump. And he actually charged less for the replacement, due to suggesting I purchase the part myself. I don’t appreciate being gauged, and I would not recommend this plumbing service,

Premium Plumbing and Septic
Danielle, Josh, David, Adam, Craig, Roman, and Anthony have been awesome. They went above and beyond to a level I didn't expect. Our whole home will no longer have plumbing issues!
If you have an overwhelming project like we did Premium Plumbing is the place to have do the work.
The backstory on this...
The previous homeowner's cut corners and installed way out of code and our basement flooded partially twice, and if it wasn't for Premium's professional and thorough diagnosis it wouldn't have been fixed right.
They took time to explain and point out why things were a danger and even directed me to sources to show code etc.
Our water heater was even an explosion hazard potentially and the pressure relief valve wasn't routed and would have dumped water all over if it failed.
The previous homeowner's also lied about pipe replacement which Josh and Adam camera snaked the whole length of pipe and after the sewage backup found each and every failure point and discovered a lot of issues that lead up to our flooding.
I called so many companies and got so many conflicting answers and fixes, Premium is the only company that listened and took the time (Josh and David initially spent about 3 hours going over each possible issue and how to make this right)
As someone that's run automotive shops for 20 years and knows service I've never been this impressed with hiring a service company. I have the confidence that my wife and I can start our family with zero plumbing issues and rent out our terrace level apartment soon!
