Taking violin lessons (and now viola) with Paige. It's been a much better experience for me than my first time trying to learn violin. I appreciate that she's willing to adapt her lessons to my own goals and also select music that is actually pleasing to listen to even for an absolute beginner. As some other reviews mentioned, she's also very quick to reply to any messages.
Voice lessons with Elideusa are wonderful! She is so patient and encouraging. I gained a solid understanding of vocal anatomy and technique.
Ms. Rennick is a great instructor. My 13 year old son is always looking forward to his violin lesson.
Mostai helped me with initiating the contact between me and my children's music instructor. Since I live on the border of metro Atlanta, I had a feeling that it was going to be a challenge to find a great pianist to teach my children how to play the piano. Mostai went above and beyond and found a great pianist--Lacie! Lacie is doing a wonderful job with teaching my children. My children are enthusiastic about learning to play the piano, and they are progressing to great accomplishments.
My daughter really enjoys taking piano lessons with Mateo. She is really interested in learning the piano and I believe most of that has to do with Mateo's encouragement and engagement level during the lessons. Mateo seems to really care about his students and according to my daughter, he is "really funny".
Nick is an awesome teacher! He has a great rapport with my daughter, who takes piano and guitar lessons. He's always on time, polite, and professional. I was amazed by the talent of his older students at the last recital.
My son has been receiving piano lessons for @ 1 month. His teacher, Ben Phillips, is great. The lessons are fun and easy going, and he really looks forward to the evenings that he has lessons. I don't even have to bug him to practice. It has been great!
I teach beginning, intermediate, and advanced violin, viola, and cello lessons. Also, I teach beginning piano. I have 30 years of experience. I teach the students to compete in all school events and to audition for community orchestras such as ASYO, GYSO and MYSO.
Rebecca is a wonderful teacher who truly understands my son and his learning style. We could not be happier with the lessons she provides.
Jarod has improved my son's musical skills 10 fold. He tailors the lessons to the stundent and is so caring. He is a rock star.
Johnny is an amazing cello teacher! He is extremely patient and is so encouraging, his style is perfect for my son. He is so positive and understanding, my son absolutely adores him. He is a phenomenal musician, teacher, and mentor. My son has learned how to play nicely for a beginner thanks to Johnny's incredible instruction :)
Jaqueline is a patient teacher. She helps the student learn to read the music and perform at the student's pace.

I am able to teach the Classical Technique and Foundation but also able to teach improv and alternative playing styles. I have real life performance experience and have taught cello since I was a student myself starting at age 12 teaching others cello. I teach ages 5 and up. I will take adult beginners. I have taught students from beginner to their music college auditions. I sincerely enjoy helping others express themselves through music!
Our teaching philosophy is to instill a love of music through inspiration. Along with several years of teaching and performance experience, as well as successfully clearing a background check, Musika teachers are also graduates from reputable domestic and international conservatories, colleges, and universities. Musika Music Lessons takes time and consideration in pairing each student with a professional music educator that will help develop an understanding of all fundamental principles in music. We are happy to accomodate each student with any special requests that they may have.
I am an orchestra music educator in the Atlanta Public School System. I have taught lessons for many years on violin and cello. I look forward to providing children and adults the ability to learn and perfect their ability in playing an instrument. I work with individuals from beginning levels to advanced levels. Students will be able to read music as well as apply techniques to instrumental playing. Students will learn and enjoy different genres of music (i.e. classical, folk, blues, jazz, Christian, etc.)
I was exposed to music from a young age and was always fascinated by strings instruments and the beauty of their sound. I have worked extremely hard for the past seven years of my playing of the cello, so I have developed an emotional connection with the instrument and the sound that it produces. Even with my long experience, I am still seeking to learn because I am still a student myself. Music is empty without knowledge, so I believe that it is my duty to spread knowledge and obtain it myself through collaboration with other musicians and private tutoring. I have invested large amounts of time and energy into music, so it is always on my mind. I love teaching music because I always develop a unique bond with my students because we both struggle to improve his or her skills. Music in general is very rewarding, making all the hard work valuable and special.
I am a 19 year veteraned Concert Pianist as well as a guitarist and cellist. I am able to play all styles of music and can make your wedding go from great to amazing with live, professional music. I teach piano as well because I love the instrument and I feel anyone else who does should learn to play as well. I can teach out of any repetoire.
