They catered my reception for 80 people. Vincent was one of the two caterers whose first reply responded to my request for a vegan menu with creative suggestions and ample selections. He was promptly responsive at all times during the planning stage. They were better than on time, they arrived a bit early. Travis set everything up, served, and interacted well with the guests. The food was attractively presented, had great visual appeal and best of all tasted great. His cleanup afterward was impeccable. I highly recommend GHI.
Mike catered lunch for our company in celebration of our 90th anniversary. Everyone loved it! Thank you Mike!
Adrienne catered a quiche buffet for my family reunion. It was wonderful! I was impressed with Adrienne every step of the way in getting to and through the actual day! Recommend highly!!!
For the last 32 years I have been the event coordinator for Red Baron's Antiques in Sandy Springs. Three times a year, Red Baron's Antiques hosts a very lavish three day event that includes a posh Friday night preview party and then we put on a two day auction selling very high end antiques and collectibles. Chef Mark's job was to provide the catering (breakfast, lunch and dinner) for the three days. We consistently had about 500 people at any given time. The auction itself ran from 9:00AM until 9:00 PM. On Saturday night at 9:00PM our guests, after feasting on Chef Mark's delicious spread all day long, would then go downstairs where they were treated to a very scrumptious sit down dinner party complete with themed decor and a band. Chef Mark's crew were easily there until midnight, if not later, and then they were back around 4:30AM to began setting up an extraordinary breakfast buffet and kept the food going all throughout the day. This is no easy feat but they pull it off flawlessly. I have hired many of the large catering companies known in Atlanta over the 32 years of my career as an event coordinator and found that there is not one single thing that they can do better than Chef Mark and his amazing staff. Chef Mark just does it at a reasonable cost. On a closing note, I would be remiss if I didn't also mention their high standard of efficiency, timeliness, attitude and most important, cleanliness. A+
I have known Stacy personally for years. Not only is she a wonderful and caring person, but she puts so much passion in her food and service for others. My son loves to go raid her fridge when he is hungry and you know I have to pick him up. Wink wink. I always come home with fabulous meals!
I do all the work, and you sit back and enjoy! When you use a personal chef service, all you need to do is tell us what your motivation is. Do you not enjoy shopping, cooking or cleaning? Is it that you are a busy professional and just don't have the extra time to cook a healthy, fresh meal for you or the family, or do you entertain a lot and have never truly been able to enjoy the evening like everyone else at the party? Well, look no further. Shop Chop and Serve is your chef answer! I bring the equipment and do all the shopping, cooking and cleaning. If you have an event where food is involved, then give me a call, and I'll do everything. Log on to my Facebook page to see the pictures of all the food I have created for clients just like you! Thanks. Chef Phil

I specialize in group lessons and private chef duties. My expertise is broad but my forte is creole and Cajun food. We also cater Gumbo, etouffes and jambalaya. Now I am a private chef, but I also owned a cafe/deli in Auckland New Zealand, prepared special macrobiotic meals and gourmet family fare for several families in New Orleans. I grew up in bayou country and New Orleans, so I know the authentic secrets of a successful menu and event planning. I have always researched and written my own menus and advertisements. I graduated from Denver University with a High School teaching certificate and a BA degree. I used my talents as a teacher and a chef to hold seminars in the clients' homes. I demonstrated all of the techniques and preparation of requested menus such as Gumbo Ya Ya, Seafood gumbo with shrimp, crab meat and oysters. I brought my equipment to clients' homes and made sure their kitchen and dining areas were spotless and clean before I left their house. I found the best method of finding clients was by donating seminars to charity auction bidders which in turn created word-of-mouth referrals. Sometimes we would divide the meal preparation and social gathering over two or three evening sessions; each day at a different home. Everyone agrees that my food, seminar and parties are "c'est bon!". I am proud to say that no one complains. They all lavish compliments and praise. My students and I, all lets the good times roll! I also use my creativity to complement my cooking and teaching skills!
