Jason M. says, "Chris was able to quickly fix my botched HVAC mini split install. Here's a list of why I would highly recommend Chris: * He's very responsive and keeps in touch via text. Lets you know when he's on his way and provides regular updates. * Performs diagnostics and provides an estimate up-front. Others wanted to bill me after they repaired the unit. * Doesn't ask for money up front - others wanted 50-70% before they would start work. This runs the risk of them ghosting you and you lost this down payment. * Accepts credit cards. This is a big one. Most of the repair people I contacted wanted cash or something like cashapp which cannot be disputed if the installation is bad or they don't perform the work. * Offers a 2-year parts/labor warranty. Hopefully I won't have to learn whether or not this is valid but he did come out the next day to resolve a minor issue and didn't charge anything extra. * Seemed very knowledgeable and had all the tools and equipment needed to do the work."See more
