Coppelia makes the classes such a fun experience! She has a sweet and kind way of teaching. Her studio is set up nicely with my husband and I able to take individualized classes without the distraction of other dancers. The music is all ours- in other words, we previously had the big name dance lessons but wound up dancing to 1-2-3, 1-2-3- as the music would constantly be changed to accommodate others in the class. And no hard ball selling of expensive packages for future dance lessons like the big name studios push! The cost is about half of what we’ve had in the past with more attention and a lot more fun. We highly recommend her!!!!

Atlanta Learn to Dance and Charles Cuthbert were lifesavers for me, my now husband, and dad. Charles accommodated our schedules and location and ensured that we felt more than comfortable with our first dances. His coaching style was encouraging and supportive, while holding us to a very professional standard. Our dances turned out better than we all expected thanks to our work with Charles!

Rita is wonderful! We are already on our second 90 minute lesson and in two sessions we've learned MORE than eight hour lessons in a typical dance studio that we initially tried.

Natasha Maughan taught my son when he was 2 years old. every Saturday he looked forward to her dance lessons. he jumped for the first time in her class and every time we drive near where the dance studio is, he remembers, points to it and comments that he use to dance there with 'Aunty Tasha'. He was 8 last birthday and still remembers his amazing dance teacher.

If you love dance, fitness, or just like to have fun in an inviting and safe environment, Flex Point is definitely the dance studio you want to be in. The studio offers an array of dance classes for adults with industry and local professionals as instructors who are non judgmental and there to help build your skills. The class space is intimate so there is no pressure to "perform" in front of a crowd of people like most studios and the location is perfect! I recommend taking classes at Flex Point, you will not regret it.

My son and I had a private dance lesson today with Kristy to help us prepare for our Mother-Son dance at his upcoming wedding - it was fabulous!! We were pretty awkward at first, but Kristy quickly put us at ease and by the end we were doing all kinds of turns! It was so much fun and really helped us - Kristy was well prepared with our song and had some great idea - we are both so glad we went!!

This instructor is nothing but lovely. She is professional and yet leaves space to have fun and makes the whole experience enjoyable. She pays attention to what your goals are so that you can get the most out of her instruction. She brings such a positive energy every time I have had a lesson with her. I've had other instructors but none compare. I highly recommend her. You will not regret it!

How much do dance lessons cost?

Adults who want to learn to dance, whether to prepare for a wedding or to meet new people, often enjoy taking dance lessons from an experienced dance instructor. Instructors may offer classes one-on-one to individual students or couples, or to small groups. The national average cost for a dance instructor ranges from $30 to $50. Some studios offer a discounted introductory lessons or group lessons, as well as package deals that are more affordable than paying for individual lessons. Some dance instructors will travel to the student’s home, which usually costs more, while others hold small-group sessions in their studios.
