I have known Cameron Herman, professionally and personally, for six years. We became colleagues and friends in 2010 while graduate students at the University of Louisville. Since that time, we have supported one another with writing projects pertinent to our respective research projects. When it comes to writing and editingx Cameron has a keen eye for detail. He is also skileld at helping writers draft their ideas clearly. I have found that his background in stats is helpful in that he finds ways to use big data to corroborate qualitative research.     I have had the wonderful opportunity to work with Pauline over the last few months and she has been a pure inspiration. From the beginning she has exuded positivity and has been extremely easy to work and communicate with. I started a project several years ago and up until meeting Pauline, the progress had stopped. I had gathered a lot of information and done a rough draft but there was no direction. Pauline came along and gave me direction and also reignited my passion for what I set out to do.
