Chef Chai is generous, kind, brilliant and the best at everything he does. Not only did he cater our wedding, he personally oversaw every aspect and when our cake lady neglected to bring boxes so our guests could bring the cake home, Chef Chai immediately figured out a way to solve the problem and made sure we could have boxes for our guests. Chef Chai is not only an incredible caterer, but his restaurants are top notch. Whenever we return to Hawai'i we make sure to visit him and every experience is nothing short of magical every time. If you ever get the blessing to meet this man and his team, you'll know the magic he creates within seconds of being in his wonderful company.
As a recently single professional, I needed a great cook who delivered. One easy meeting and she understood what I was looking for - mostly savory and everything delivered in glass tupperware. She's definitely a great cook - the only way I can say it is you can tell she loves what she's doing and you can kind of taste that in the food.
