Jennie was well prepared. Before we trained she asked my a few questions such as level of activity, goals, etc. She put me through a workout going on error the various sets, explaining their effects. She also put together a nutritional plan for me. She did it with class and a big smile.
I spent 3 weeks in Hawaii this summer 2014. Chef Jason Paul is personable and so professional. He prepared two separate meals for me with friends. It was a nice outdoor experience with several different types of food choices. It was one of my best food experiences in Hawaii as I have been there several times. Chef Jason made it very pleasurable. He has such a good personality. He knew just the right ways to flavor the food along with all the other choices to enhance a good eating experience. I cannot think of anything that could make it better.

Fitness is a passion for Cathleen and it's infectious. She is well educated in the human body and keeps up with the latest in physio and nutritional research. She knows the difference between urban folklore and hard science and uses her knowledge to craft an effective program for YOU. She does not use a cookie cutter approach where a trainer just uses your age and weight then looks up a stock program on a computer. She pays attention to your goals, habits, metabolic type, and physical abilities. She has used her knowledge to help me understand how to work out utilizing proper form so that injuries do not occur. She is always encouraging me to push myself to do that one more rep even when I think I can't. She makes the sessions fun, challenging, and never boring. I always look forward to my training sessions. In the one short month I have trained with Cathleen I can really feel the improvement. You're missing out if you're not training with Cathleen.
Eric has been my personal trainer for over 15 years. He by far is the most accomplished personal trainer in Hawaii. I was a professional golfer and his core exercises we did 10-15 years ago are the very ones all athletes are using now. No matter what sport you are in Eric can create the BEST work out routine for you and give you the BEST nutritional advise there is!!!!
Tony is a very knowledgeable trainer, fitness and nutrition. He challenges you and pushes you to do things you never thought you could do! I learned a lot of new things all the time with Tony. He definitely practices what he preaches. He is also very accommodating to reschedule when I can't attend a workout session. The workouts aren't the same thing over and over. Typically it's specific workouts for 4-5 weeks but there's progression throughout the time you do it, then the workouts change. I like the idea that you can see the progression in the weights or reps/sets from what you first started off as. If you're looking to start working on your fitness or maybe you're already advanced and feel like you want a challenge...then I recommend Tony. He will without a doubt help you start your fitness journey if you're a beginner or give you that tough challenge, if you're more experienced!
I have tried many different weight control methods. My experience with Esther as a personal coach was excellent! Her program, Precision Nutrition (PN) and her personal guidance got me to focus on my health wellness and not just my weight. Every day there was a different lesson or tip that required me to focus on my eating habits, my grocery shopping, my entire attitude about my wellness. I found Jed on Facebook one day while laying around at home feeling overall miserable due to how I looked. I went in after I did some research and saw the results he can get from someone who is willing to commit to his program. Upon meeting him I was a bit cautious due to the fact the last time I met a trainer they were fat and in worse shape than I was, yet Jed was the exact opposite. He asked me what my goals were and what I wanted to do. I told him I wanted to reduce my body fat and have a body I could look at in the mirror and go out in public to the beach and not be ashamed of. After 6 months of a strict nutrition plan, and exercise regimen I reduced my body fat from 25 percent to 10 percent. My lean muscle mass raised a fair amount as well. I am still and will continue to be a customer and staunch supporter of Jed and his program until I reach my goal and even after I reach it. He helped rescue me from a road filled with depression and misery due to self pity. He not only allowed me to take control of my life again. He gave me a new purpose, a new direction and pure motivation. Jed doesn't sugar coat anything. He will give it to you straight and cold. Lets face the facts though. You either want a trainer who cares about you and your results (which is who Jed is), or you want someone to walk you down a sugar coated lane of rainbows and sugar plums.
