I did not know what to expect training with Coach Marwan. I was a little nervous but once I met with him and seen how knowledgeable and caring he is. I knew I had made the right choice. Marwan's training is phenomenal, I truly feel that he is one if not the best trainer/coach in Iowa. Not only do I recommend him, I want to invest in hit vision and training goals. I have been doing in person training with Grayson for 3 weeks. I really enjoy the work outs and can tell that he puts in a lot of time and effort to make them specific to me. Eric is a very qualified fitness trainer. He has many years of experience ranging from group boot camp classes to one on one personal training. I tried both the group oriented sessions and one on one personal training sessions. His work outs are challenging and bring results.
Due to all Nick has done with me in the past year I am sure he could tailor workouts effective to help anyone. I ran many miles weekly for 30 yrs. and didn’t try any cross-training until a few years ago. I had a good weight machine @ home and worked hard @ that and some jogging but was not making progress on overall body condition or weight loss. I needed a trainer for: 1)creative variety of workouts because repetition of the same routines has less impact than variety and becomes unmotivating;2)positive reinforcements while challenging performance;3)expertise to construct challenging workouts that get results while avoiding injury or flare-ups from my chronic knee problems, low back issue and surgically repaired shoulder. Nick has met all my criteria and more. He gives clear instructions and is meticulous about proper technique to avoid problems with my joints. Every workout is different and usually he gets me to do something totally new. The focus is always on strengthening my core which I ignored for years so I can stay active more safely as I gain “wisdom” ie years. Thanks, Nick.
Michael was the best trainer I have ever had. He is friendly, funny and very good at his job. He motivates you but isn't fake or pushy, just a nice guy who really seems to care about your progress. The best part about training with Mike was how he always kept it interesting, there were always new exercises and stretches to do. Michael would always go the extra mile to ask about my diet and what exercise I was doing outside of the gym too, and when I told him to help me achieve "Michelle Obama arms" he did his very best to get the guns in shape! I've got to say I was very sad to see Mike leave our gym, I couldn't recommend him more highly.
Kyle personalizes your training to help you achieve your goals. If you are willing to commit to fitness and follow the training program he designs, then you will be more than satisfied with how much you will grow and learn. It may be hard to believe that you can receive more beneficial instruction from an on-line program than in-person, but it is true! Kyle goes above and beyond and I couldn't be more happy with his instruction. You are able to workout whenever is best for your schedule and his feedback is amazing. My main advice is to take advantage of Kyle's expertise by filming yourself right from the beginning. It has helped me improve my form immensely. This program is right for you if you are serious about getting fit and committed. No one is going to force you to follow his plan, so you need to be self-motivated. Kyle's feedback and your results will keep you motived and excited to workout.
Mason is a wonderful personal trainer. Before training with Mason, I was an athlete and never had to work out on my own before. And working out with him he has given me a routine I can stick to on my own, and that don't take a lot of time with my busy schedule. He makes workouts personal and exactly what you are looking for. Highly recommend. Anyone looking for a great workout should definitely work out with him, you wont regret it!
