Creative Media Solutions provided my campaign for the Iowa House of Representatives with national-quality marketing services at an affordable price. Not only did my website look amazing with it's clean and sharp appearance, the printed political material blew my competitor's designs out of the water. Their commitment to excellence and client-first approach will definitely make me a return customer!

I have used Orange Rocket on several jobs with a wide range of advertising needs. They designed a logo for my Barbecue Team Trailer & Shirts. We just ordered our second batch. They designed several posters for our band that are amazing. I have framed each one. Also have had fans ask for copies for their own collection. Each time we have worked with Orange Rocket we have had a great give and take with designers original concept and our own vision. Never felt pressured to except any design option. Always professional and delivered on time as needed. Great experience.

I emailed The Creative Start with hopes to work with them on my new Real Estate website to help keep clients and prospects up to date. I viewed their portfolio, and really liked what I saw. This gave me all the more confidence that TCR was right for the job, but what really made The Creative Start perfect for the job was thier great attitude. They were really open to allowing me to see different ideas, and open to my suggestions. Would I use them again.... Absolutely!

The time I spend working on my designs is very obvious. I don't stop until it is done correctly the first time. Also, alot of my work stands out in a bunch of different ways. The color choices, arrangements, fonts, and layout I use makes my designs stand out.

I am an Iowa native who craves modern, minimal, authentic designs that are rich with detail and craftsmanship.

I'm open to almost any job you may have relating to graphic design and logo design. I have proficient experience in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office as well as some experience in Corel Draw.

After spending 16 years of teaching web and graphic design, I figured out what I like to do the most, and that is to create useful things for people. Whether it is a website or a logo, I love creating things! I will design the user interface or front-end of a website, with custom graphics including Photoshop and Illustrator, that will attract attention. I then code the site using HTML and CSS and responsive (mobile) web techniques. I have experience using jQuery for the "interactive" part of the site such as slide shows and WordPress if you are interested in learning to edit your own site. As a graphic designer before I went into teaching, I will help you create a site that looks great or tweak an existing site to get noticed.

My name is Josh Javorsky. I am currently a senior graphic design major at Wayne State College. I am currently trying to pick up some freelance work to boost my portfolio. I take my work very seriously, holding myself to a very high standard of quality. I have a strong background in traditional art, marketing, and of course, design programs, so I have all the tools to create top-of-the-line designs for customers.

I design logos, print, air brushing, cars, semi and race car graphics, web design hosting, banners, signs, and whatever you need.

We are your one-stop shop for your design and illustration needs. Services include graphic design, illustration, logo design, and web design.

      Q & A

Answers to commonly asked questions from the experts on Thumbtack.

What makes a good logo design?

A good logo is an easily identifiable, memorable image that represents your brand. A good logo design aligns with your business model and expresses your company’s core values. A good logo design is simple, appealing, and easy for customers and viewers to quickly process. Some of the key components of a great logo are type, color palette and design. The scale, font and arrangement of the text you select will all make a difference in the feel and representation of your brand. A graphic designer will help you home in on the colors that best represent your identity and help you keep the color palette simple. The design of your logo includes the shapes you select and the way the color and type are arranged together. Investing in the services of a professional to create your logo design is likely a smart investment for any size business. Nationally, the average price range for a logo designer ranges from $170 to $250.

How much does it cost to create a logo?

Logo design is an important part of your company’s brand development. More than an image with text and color, a logo communicates the tone and personality of your company to your potential customers. Hiring a graphic designer with an appealing portfolio and quality reviews is a solid start to creating a winning logo design. The cost to create a logo can depend on how in-depth the marketing and design services you request are. Designers can create one logo in multiple formats (horizontal, vertical, etc.) to fit both your website and social media platforms, they can create a variety of designs for clients to select from, or they can create multiple logos for one client who needs branding for more than one venture. Logos may be text-only, text and image, or image-only. Many designers and design firms charge by the hour for their services, while other companies offer packages bundled with design services. Here are some examples of cost:

      • National average cost to hire a logo designer: $170-$250.
      • Average hourly rate for a freelance marketing consultant: about $150.
      • Tiered pricing for logo design packages from one firm:
        • Package One: $200 for three logo concepts, three rounds of revision, and a variety of format and color end designs.
        • Package Two: $350 for 10 logo concepts, unlimited rounds of revision, and a variety of format and color end designs.
        • Package Three: $550 for everything included in the Package Two, plus business card design, letterhead design, social media graphics and an email signature.
        • Package Four: $850 for everything in the Package Three, plus custom brand guidelines, which outline a strategy for creating a consistent branding in the client’s business.
Hire skilled professionals for absolutely everything.
