I hired Kathryn in June of this year because my approach to fitness was not working for me. My hope was to learn new ways to increase my cardio exercises, eat less and feel better. A combination that I now realize is insane! Kathryn literally changed my view on fitness and nutrition and I have never felt better!! Kathryn is an educator. From nutrition, to the how and why's of weight lifting, Kathryn has a wealth of knowledge that she wants to share with you. She is fully present while you are with her. She pays close attention to your form and is tough when she needs to be to get you the results that you are looking for. If you are looking for a life changing experience, hire Kathryn. Do what she tells you and you will get results. She trains in a private gym that is spacious and outfitted with everything needed to help you meet your goals. Be ready to laugh and cry when you train with her! It's so awesome! She is beautiful inside and out. She is Boise's best kept secret!(show less)

If you're looking for a positive, reliable, fun, and knowledgable trainer, Nina is your gal. I've been training with Nina for six months and continue to get amazing results. She keeps me focused on exercising correctly and eating right. Nina is very encouraging and has a way of getting me to work harder than I ever thought I could. She's full of positive energy that has me believing I can accomplish any goal if I'm willing to put in the work. I'm so glad I chose Nina to be my personal trainer and I would recommend her to anyone.(show less)

Treadmills are boring and largely ineffective. And the traditional circuit machines are designed for bodybuildiers. Are you a bodybuilder? We're not either. We filled our place with equipment that was designed for YOU. Plus, it's just fun. There's a certain point that every person reaches where they realize that although they might not be able to do something right now....they can do it, eventually. And they turn up the intensity on their workouts. Reach that point, you'll make us smile.(show less)

The difference between me and others is that I focus more on the mental aspect side of things to help you get a grip on the mind muscle connection during my sessions. Every single time you come in you will be better than you were last time. I train out of a private studio no gym memberships or fees just training. Training is my passion. I breath it. What sets me aside from other personal trainers? I strive to educate myself on the science behind personal training. There are so many basic plans out there for trainers to hand over. The problem with those cookie cutter plans, not a single body is alike. We all have different body types, different lifestyles, emotional stress, physical stress, male/female and diseases. You see, one plan that works for one person will not work for the same for another. I strive to dig deep with my clients to make sure I give the best I can to help them succeed. I look forward to working with many new challenges and people while building great relationships along the way. My name is Christie Wentz. I am a Certified Personal Trainer with my Degree is Advanced Personal Training and Exercise Science. In total, I have a cumulative of 8 years of higher education ranging from courses in computer science to courses focusing on human behavior. Through all of this schooling, I have obtained two Associates Degrees, one Bachelor’s Degree and one Master’s Degree. While completing my schooling, I was also enlisted in the U.S. Air Force and am now a veteran, with 8 years of dedicated service to this country. Since I was a young girl, I have been interested in the fitness industry and have experimented with a wide variety of workout programs. My mother raised me on the importance of health and fitness, which I try to pass down to my children as well. During my time in the U.S. Military, I passed on that knowledge as well and would assist in proctoring the physical fitness test required to all enlisted personnel. When someone would not pass this test, I would volunteer my time to help get those individuals into the shape they needed in order to re-take the test and pass. This carried over into my time spent working for the Ada County Sheriff’s Office. While there, I assisted the fitness coordinator with teaching classes for new officers and proctoring physical fitness tests given to new applicants for the agency. With this passion and realizing training others was what I loved doing, I began pursing my dream as a Personal Trainer in 2013. At first, my clients consisted of friends and family, but as word spread about what I was doing, my client base began to grow. Eventually, I would start my career as a full-time Personal Trainer. This began as a free-lance trainer and eventually decided to settle down at a local gym that is locally operated. During my time as a trainer, I have been able to hone in on my skills and learned where I needed to grow in order to really make a difference in the lives of my clients. This taught me more than I could have ever hoped it would and this was where I truly found my calling to help others conquer their personal goals to live a healthier lifestyle. Many people didn’t know how to start or where, and that’s where I found my calling to help them. During this time period, I also trained and competed in a number of Bodybuilding competitions, including the NPC (National Physique Committee) of Idaho and the Emerald Cup. In 2015, I took home my first 1st place trophy in Women’s Physique for women over 35 years old. Then in 2016, I took 2nd place in my first Strongman competition. With my spare time, I try to volunteer in the community as much as possible. For a number of years, I have done events to help support The Special Olympics and specific causes focused on the Military, such as Wishes for Warriors. Whenever possible, I make sure to attend any charitable events I can and have run in a number of 5K and 10K runs to support these organizations. I have a passion to help those in need by making sure I give back whenever and wherever I can.(show less)

Logan has done an excellent job guiding me through the development of a training lifestyle. My plan is to make working out a daily activity just like a job and Logan has helped me keep it fresh and challenging. He is very responsive to my inquiries as well as my particular fitness needs. I was diagnosed with spinal stenosis and was constantly battling pain for years. I chose not to have surgery and felt that getting myself in shape was the only way to combat the issue. Logan has brought me along slowly and safely. I've had great success and no issues since beginning the training with Logan a year ago. I trust Logan to have my best interest in mind and plan to follow his instruction for the long term.(show less)
Courtney went above and beyond weight loss and strength training with me. She could see my weight wasn't the problem and that it was my self esteem instead. She spent the time helping me to learn to love myself first then the weight would come off. And she was right! Oh and she also kicked my butt! Courtney is not going to feel sorry for you or take it easy on a "bad day" for you. Instead she will make you push through it, there are no bad days, you have to change your perspective!(show less)
I have been training with Tommy Hindman for about 15 months with the goal of improving stamina, balance and power/strength for my golf game. I specialize in weight loss or strength/ athletic performance. All my clients get results above and beyond their goals if they follow a few guidelines. First, you have to show up, life happens but if your serious about changing your life, the first step is showing up to the gym, and I WILL hold you accountable. Second, you have to listen. I will do all the ground work from designing your personal training program to nutrition plans, but you have to listen and follow everything together because one piece left out is the difference between 5lbs lost and 50lbs lost. Last, you have to give full effort and earn your newfound body, confidence, and health. When those 3 things are followed you can do more than you ever imagined. The same applies to my athletes and powerlifters, I do not train physique sports I know nothing about it. I have trained 20+ high school athletes who continued to play in college.. Many of them at a high level. I also train powerlifters all over the country.(show less)
First and foremost Mike is a very caring and honest individual. He wants the best results for you and he always puts 110% into everything he does. He eats and sleeps fitness, and his knowledge of how the human body works is just amazing. Sometimes it feels as if I'm talking to a doctor. I have been seeing Mike for over a year now, and I have lost over 60 pounds, lost over ten inches around the waist, and my strength increases a ton every month. It has been a great experience and a very fun one too. I still attend his boot camps and cant wait to reach my fitness goals. Mike has believed in me every step of the way, even when I have lost faith in myself he tells me "Danny you can do it, your half way done" or "I cant wait when you reach your ultimate fitness goal" I know he actually does too. Mike is also a great friend of mine and I am so thankful for that too. Anyways if looking for a good personal trainer, I know of an excellent one his name is Mike Masaitis. I guarantee you will be happy you gave him a call because I know I did.(show less)
I have learned how to improve my range of motion and use of food plans by Courtney Gaskill but due to her commitment to her new job as Fitness Training Manager, I have learned alot about myself through this process. In the last month, I have moved to Karl's team and I am continuing strength training until the end of my current contract.(show less)
I started working with Aaron for the same reasons most people workout - lose weight and be healthier. It quickly become more for me. I wanted to be stronger, leaner and fit. Aaron has helped me with my diet which made it possible to reach my goal weight in just months! Aaron caters workouts to each of his clients and their personal goals. I have NEVER done the same workout in the year I've been training with Aaron. He is very professional, flexible, and respects my busy schedule. The 30 minute sessions are ideal (and long enough...Believe me!) The results will speak for themselves. What started out as a "need to lose weight" mentality has grown into a desire to get fit. Aaron is very encouraging. He challenges me when needed and sets reasonable goals for me to aim for. I wouldn't be where I am today, physically or mentally, without Aaron.(show less)

The AIM Healthy Cell Concept recognizes that health starts with the basic unit of the bodythe cell. Cells group together to form organs which in turn form body systems. Just as we must have a strong foundation to support a home, so we must have strong cells to support good health. Cell Food: The nourishment our cells need can be found in pure, whole, natural, fresh foods as well as in high-quality nutritional supplements. Healthy Mental Attitude: It has been scientifically proven that a positive attitude makes you feel better and even helps you fight disease. Laughter is still the best medicine and happiness gives us extra strength. Cell Exercise: Our cells depend on exercise to remain healthy. Exercise provides strength, endurance, flexibility, and mental alertness, and is an excellent stress-reliever. Exercise thus promotes overall good health. Cell Protection: The best defense against disease is our immune system. It can do all that we ask if we nourish it properly, get enough rest, and learn how to manage stress. Cell Environment Our environment is important. The water we drink and use and the air we breathe affects each cell in our bodies. We need a clean environment to live well. Get healthy for a lifetime!(show less)
