From start to finish, the team was professional, friendly, and incredibly thorough. They took the time to make sure everything was done perfectly and answered all of my questions without hesitation. They showed up on time, were easy to work with, and treated our home with great respect—wearing booties inside and cleaning up completely before they left. That level of care really stood out. What impressed me most was the customer service. Even after the install, when I had a question, the owner called me back within a minute to walk me through everything. That kind of responsiveness is rare these days. They also went above and beyond by fixing a small sink issue I mentioned while they were here, which was such a nice surprise. When he tackles a job, the results are always 100% to your satisfaction. He believes in going the extra mile. I have heard reports of calling a repairman and either they don’t call back or if they do show up they are late with no notice to you that they will be late. Sometimes the job is not done to your satisfaction and when you try to get the repairman back he doesn’t respond. I can guarantee this will not happen with Michael. Greg henderson says, "Great experience with A+! There were some complicaitons installing a smart toilet due to my home's plumbing set up. Ed explained to me the issue in a way even I could unerstand. He also attempted to contact the manufacturer several times to make sure the modifications he'd need to make would not void the toilet's warranty. Unfortunately the manufacturer never called back so he went ahead and he made the recommended alterations and everything works great! Except Im not as smart as the dang toilet.Ed was friendly, professional, and wanted to do everything he could to make sure I wouldn't be stuck having to tear up my floor and replace some piping, or be stuck with a toilet that doesn't work how it should, and unable to return it. I've used A+ a few times over the years, and will only use them. Scheduling and communication is easy and pleasant, Ed is very competent and great at explaining problems and the pros and cons of different ways to solve the problem.
