Alice Freer says, "We had a toilet leaking at the tank on a Sunday. This was our newly purchased home that we had only lived in one week. Fearing that we may break the toilet shutoff valve and not knowing where the home water shut off was we knew we needed to call a plumber. Zplumberz is who we were connected with. They came out Monday and immediately saw the problem and were ready to fix it. We told them we were concerned about our inability to shut the water off at the toilet valve and did not know where the house water shut off was located. They checked and found out it was under the house in a crawl space that we wouldn't access. They also reported water lines that were outdated, prone to failure and not even insulated against freezing temps. They offered 3 options: 1. Fix the toilet only or 2. The toilet and set-up an inside the house shut off that was still going to be costly or 3. They could do a complete repipe with the appropriate pipe material and insulation and all new hose and connections for every water outlet. This included 2 toilets, 2 bathtubs, 2 showers, 4 sinks a dishwasher and clothes washer plus replacing a 30+ year old water heater with a larger more appropriate heater for the size of the home. We decided to go the max with the complete repipe. They got the OK to start the job the next day. The next day two trucks came with 2 different drivers/plumbers Kevin and Ethan. Loaded with supplies they began their work about 9:00 in the morning and didn't stop day one until 6pm that night much of the work being done in a tight craw space under the house. Day 2 started the same way, non stop work from 9am till about 4:30 when they were finally done. These guys were great! Kevin and Ethan were non-stop workers with quality workmanship and ended the day with a very nice home clean-up! Would definitely call these guys for any plumbing job especially a BIG job. Thanks Guys!"See more
