After a while, we sort of gave up on the idea of having a gas start fireplace, but I put out one more request on Thumbtack, and SN Shine was one of the first companies to reach out. Nadav was prompt and took a look at the flue and realized the liner had shifted where its supposed to connect with the firebox. He was able to realign it in less than 30 minutes, and encouraged me to get an inspection with the promise of a money back guarantee if the inspection reports that it’s not safe to use. I sent him some pictures of the task I had and he explained to me over the phone that I would pretty much be wasting money trying to fix something that I could just purchase another fireplace. I truly appreciate his honesty and integrity. Some people would not give a care and just take your money and be done with it. So, I will be contacting them again once I purchase a new fireplace so they can put it together. Thanks again for your help and patience Francois."See more
