These are sentimental and "in the moment" memories that cannot be re-created and it brings me joy when I can tell a customer that I was able to bring those back! The relief, happiness, and smiles that I am able to bring to each customer is priceless for me as well. I got a partial data recovery done on my external hard drive this month and I was really sceptical at first as I haven't used thumbtack before but I was pleasantly surprised with the service I got from IT. My consultation was quick and clear and I was able to get my data pretty prompt. Ronnie was very professional throughout the whole thing and kept me posted on progress which I liked as sometimes these tech people can go a bit MIA on you while they do the job. I work as a graphic designer and save like 80% of my files on this drive due to lack of space on my Mac, so this was honestly a lifeline for me. Very good service!

I was happy to find out that the low price did not sacrifice the quality of work I received from this gentleman. I got my files back as well as some very helpful advice in the process. I also like how I was updated on how the service was going and when I could expect the equipment back etc. I am SO glad i took the risk, and would definitely recommend this service to anyone who wants to get their files and stuff back without breaking a damn arm and a leg to get it!
