- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You get what you pay for! I am willing to provide discounts for first-time customers and jobs over 6 hours long. If you are not happy with the end result, I will partially refund you or return until happy!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask about their goals for the project, review photos if possible, discuss scope, such as the time I think their asks will take, and if they have a hard stop time, or if they’d like me to eliminate an item if the scope is larger than their budget. I make sure I know exactly what surfaces they have so I bring the best products, and tease out any other wants the client may have, as well as answer all questions!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked in retail for years before college graduation, and I graduated top of my class due largely to my organizational skills! I’ve also taken courses by Alejandra and more.
