I had to move a large safe down a flight of stairs in our church. John called me back immediately and showed up 2 hours later even though it was 10 degrees out. John and another big guy put straps under it, lifted it up and brought it down in like 2 minutes--they made it look easy. Then they even helped me as I dollied it out to the garage. They were really easy to work with, professional, on-time, I'd definitely use them again if we had big items to move.

RTO express responded with a quote right away and was able to get my desk moved same-day. They were quick and efficient in disassembling the desk, transporting it to the destination, and reassembling upon delivery. The guys were friendly and nice to talk to during the process, which is always a plus. Would definitely recommend this company!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a 2 hour minimum and travel fee depending how far away the job is. We can also do smaller requests and adjust our price accordingly.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We call and take note on what all is being moved. We typically come out and see or have the customer send pictures of items being moved. Then we call and confirm the day before the move.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 10 years OJT. Weightlifting also has helped prepare for the more heavy items
