We are so thankful for everything BWeddings did for us as our day-of coordinators. They were very helpful in the lead-up to the wedding, and had a lot of suggestions that we would not have thought of ourselves. They reviewed vendor contracts to ensure that everything was fulfilled and squared away. Bweddings' online tool was very helpful - we loved being able to build a comprehensive timeline that made everything run more smoothly. They attended our rehearsal dinner and helped give our wedding party a very helpful rundown of the wedding day events. On our wedding day itself, it was such a relief to have them at our venue coordinating deliveries, set-ups and vendors. We did not want to have to worry about logistics on our special day and it was so helpful to know that Bweddings had everything handled for us. If you are looking for excellent coordinators who will help make your wedding even more special, we certainly recommend Bweddings!

Barbara is phenomenal. Background- We had to reschedule our wedding due to covid, then three months before our wedding our venue had changed and we had to start all over again. That is when we hired Barbara and it was truly the best decision that we could have made. She helped us plan a wedding in about three months. Barbara is so professional, reliable, patient, kind, organized and genuinely passionate about helping her couples. We hired her as the day of coordinator and she went above and beyond! She always made herself available and always had an answer to our questions or helped us in any sort of predicament that we were in. Here are some examples: 1. The tuxedo company my husband went through stopped responding. None of our groomsmen had their suits/shoes (this is a week before the wedding). Once we had told Barbara she referred us to another company and my husband/groomsmen got their suits delivered in a matter of days. Not only that- the suits were better quality and fit. 2. The night before our wedding we received an email at 9:45 PM, informing us that our limousine was having mechanical issues and would not be fixed in time before the wedding. Barbara found us transportation on our wedding day. 3. She found us an amazing florist who truly made our wedding look spectacular If you want to hire someone who has outstanding experience and truly wants her couples to have a memorable wedding- this is your woman. Barbara helped us stay organized and did amazing job coordinating/communicating with our vendors. Not only is she professional but she always takes the time to listen to your worries and concerns. She truly has a gift of making couples feel secure and she always reassured us that everything will work out. Despite all of the hiccups leading to our wedding, our wedding reception was amazing. We were able to truly enjoy the day and it was because of Barbara. Everything went so smoothly and us and our families were able to enjoy our ceremony and reception. She’s amazing. We are so grateful for the series of events that happened because they brought us to Barbara and we had a wedding that exceeded our expectations and was even better than we had originally planned. I cannot express our sincere gratitude for Barbara and we are forever grateful for her!

Barbara was very responsive as any questions or issues came up with our wedding planning , and helped us extensively in coordinating vendors and gave good advice in selecting those vendors. She kept us on track time wise during the wedding planning periods , and her day-of efforts and coordination were Herculean ! We were very very pleased with our wedding and experience with Barbara ! Barbara is amazing!! She is very organized, was always available when needed, and is flexible/supportive to make every couple's vision real! She is so friendly and really a pleasure to work with. She always kept us on our projected planning timeline. We never lost track of payment plans or had trouble with contracts because Barbara was always there to offer advice and had organized this for us. If an issue did arise, Barbara was quick to have it taken care of. Barbara has a website portal where she keeps everything for the couple including budget, contracts, timeline, checklist, etc. and she even created our wedding website for us, navigated RSVPs, coordinated stationary design/ordering, and many, many more tasks where she went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect. She wears many hats as she even created and provided our backdrop for us to meet our wedding vision (picture attached). I spoke with a bride who had a different planner and she noticed how dedicated and interactive Barbara was compared to her own. Everyone had an amazing time and I am still getting complements and stories about how amazing our day was, even a month later! Highly, highly, highly recommend Bweddings for all your planning needs!

Barbara and her team handled every part of our wedding with professionalism and grace. She made sure I didn't miss any details when we had to reschedule due to COVID, and went well above and beyond to ensure our day went soothly and allowed me to focus on enjoying the event. Barbara is wonderful to work with and I am immensely grateful that she was part of my planning process. I can't imagine a more professional, organized planner and I encourage anyone considering hiring a planner or coordinator to go with Barbara. She's absolutely incredible and you won't regret it.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    All our packages price are upfront and flat fee, no matter how big or small and how much you spent on your overall wedding. We do not take referral fee from other vendors and offer unlimited hours on the wedding day. Our fees range from $2200 to $5500.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We aim to meet our new couples in person to get to know each other and to make sure we both fit on a personal level. We discuss their vision, ideas, needs and concerns. We then suggest the best solution that fits their needs to make sure we cover everything.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I started out as a personal Chef in Italy, planning and organizing many small private events. When I moved to Miami 10 years ago I volunteered as an assistant for a few local wedding and events planners, in 2014 I moved to Toronto and graduated from the Wedding Planner Institute of Canada, where I founded my own wedding and event planning company. In 2019 my family relocated to Chicago and I became a Marriage Minister as well.
