Chef was professional and so helpful. My event was for a repast after burying a family member. Chef took that worry off of my plate, no pun intended.

We hired Chef D’Andre to bartend our wedding a couple of weeks ago and he was absolutely amazing. He made spectacular drinks for all of our guests. Everyone raved about how good the drinks were. Would highly reccomend.

My husband hired Chef D’Andre for a brunch at home for my birthday and I cannot rave enough about how wonderful it was. The food was delicious, he was nice, funny and answered all of my 6 year old budding chef daughter’s questions. I am a vegetarian that doesn’t like eggs and he worked with my husband to develop a menu that I didn’t feel like an afterthought on, while still providing substantial dishes for our meat and egg loving guests. We had the best breakfast potatoes I have ever tasted (well cooked, seasoned so well), Belgium waffles with fig compote and maple syrup, goat cheese and herb grits (with cajun seasoned shrimp on top for the meat eaters), stuffed, baked spaghetti squash with sauteed vegetables and vodka sauce, flank steak, cheesy eggs and fruit parfaits. Everything tasted amazing and the experience was so fun! Everyone I tell about it has said this is literally the dream idea, restaurant quality food but relaxed at home. Best Birthday Surprise Ever.

If I could have selected all 5 areas I would have. Chef D'Andre and his entire team were very professional and the value of their service was unmatched. At the beginning of the working relationship there were a couple of bumps along the way as there are with any large event, but it was a pleasure working with the Chef and his team. The event I facilitated was for the University of Chicago with a headcount of roughly 325 guests. The event was amazing. The food was delicious and I overheard many guests complimenting the Chef on the spread. I will say there was never a moment when I did not see one of the Chef's staff members on the move whether that was serving food, replenishing food trays for guests, serving drinks or cleaning up. It was a pleasure working with this team and I look forward to working with them again in the future.
