I trained with Mike for about 2 years and with his help I lost 75 pounds and put on 25 solI'd pounds of muscle. Mike counseled me with my nutrition also which really helped. Mike is a pro you can trust!

Mike is an amazing motivator! I lost 25 lbs and have kept it off with Mikes guidance both through proper nutrition and exercise! A quote that sticks with me from Mike is "you're not in prison so don't eat like you are." It's portion control!

Mike is a great trainer who really knows his stuff. I'm 53 years old and have weighed about 125 pounds since high school. With Mike's knowledge and experience, I gained about 15 pounds of muscle in less than five months. My friends are amazed and so am I!
