Rachel F. says, "We commissioned Ed and his team to remodel our high rise 3 bedroom 2 bath condo in Lakeview. In total they completely remodeled our kitchen, two bathrooms, sanded and restrained the hardwood floors, installed new closet doors, painted throughout, and brought our electrical and plumbing up to current code. This project took about 8 months, during which time Ed was in constant communication with us and our HOA, coordinating to make sure everything stayed on track. He was always accessible whenever we had concerns and made sure to address them to our satisfaction. Everyone on his team was very nice and courteous, especially given that we were living in the construction area for part of the time. Ed’s initial quote was accurate and the only overages were items we specifically upgraded ourselves or asked to modify. We are very happy with the quality of craftsmanship and Ed’s commitment to integrity and excellence. We highly recommend ES Carpentry for all your home remodeling needs. Sheila H. says, "My husband and I have had about 4 projects done by K.G. Remodeling in the past year. We were very pleased with all of the work performed. We had an old shed removed in our backyard, that was replaced with a new smaller custom built multipurpose shed. We also had Tuckpointing done and exterior paint done to give our home a much needed facelift! Now everyone that visits or passes by while we’re out in front of our home compliments how much they love our new look! We also had a basement area that needed some TLC, so Keith and crew transformed our old basement into a space that we could now use for storage and gave our laundry area a facelift as well. Our last project was a drainage issue near our patio backdoor. With Keith’s help, we came up with a solution to remove and repair some of the old concrete outside our backdoor and they installed a drainage system that drains the water away from that area. We will definitely be using K.G. Remodeling again in the future for some other projects that we have on our home repair/remodel list."See more

Mohd N. says, "We bought a new house in Chicago and we hired General Contracting Services Inc. to design and remodel our new house interior and exterior after they did a full remodel for our old house that we sold couple months ago, the reason we hired this company again is because they are professional and very well organized, always on time, always communicating with us and updating us on what's coming up next, very transparent and there prices are fairly reasonable let's say in the middle, see you get what you pay for right!!! At the end you don't want to get stuck with a contractor that takes your money and stop replying back on your call / email or text messages or not showing up on time or late. We give this company 5 stars on everything they do that's related construction or home remodeling like kitchen, bathroom, basement, deck, paint etc... they never leave the job site before cleaning up during and after they are done completely, they don't leave the customer until they make sure that homeowner is happy and satisfied, they take pride in what they do, very polite, presentable and intelligent people the owner is an interior designer originally, helped us go thru matching and picking materials, colors, and designs that we didn't even think about.
