"I started training in July with Raven. I was super determined to commit to working out & eating right. I wanted to make a big change in my lifestyle & thanks to Raven I'm on my way there! I'm currently down 25 pounds, many inches & feel great!! I wasn't sure what to expect when I started training with Raven, I had never had a trainer before. Each session we do something different which keeps me interested & motivated. I've really surprised myself with what I have been capable of doing. If it wasn't for Raven I would never have challenged myself this much & realized what I could do! He is very patient & always encouraging. "Dan is terrific. I've only just begun working with him but already can tell that I'll benefit from his training. He focuses on functional training, understanding your body and your strengths and being conscious of health - from what you are eating, how much you are walking, etc. He keeps things moving during your session, provides you with a wealth of info, and ends each session with great stretching and a quick chair massage, which is awesome. Recommended! "

"Jenny is amazing and an excellent Personal trainer to train with . Very friendly & extremely knowledgeable . It has been almost a year now since I have been training and all I have seen so far is only ' Progress' with my weight loss goals . Jenny is a Professional and has the ability to review your current strengths and weakness in order to design a program that not only builds upon your strengths but ultimately helps you to suppress the weakness resulting into exceedingly productive health goals . Extremely knoweldgable with diet , nutrition and personal training which has helped me tremendously to adopt to a healthier lifestyle . Every workout is a new workout ; Every workout is different and you will never get bored with her sessions . Under Jenny's supervision I have succeded in shredding off body fat and gain muscle mass . "I met Ro through a mutual friend a few years ago. I have been a triathlete for about five years but, the past two years I have given up running and focused more on cycling and swimming. Between teaching a spin class, swimming 3 miles a week, and biking 80 plus miles a week I noticed I just wasn’t recovering fast enough from all the exercise. I sat down with Ro for a one on one consultation. Ro dissected my entire nutrition habits. She took in account for everything I ate from the time I woke up until the time I went to bed, Monday through Sunday. After her analysis of the results she noticed my carb intake was much higher than my protein intake . She introduced me to some foods I never thought I would ever eat like quinoa and tofu. She took my food list and substituted these items for some of the carbs I could take out of my diet. Thanks to Ro I feel my recovery time has been shortened and I can expedite my recovery time. Ro checks in with me on a monthly basis to make sure I’m still on pace. If it wasn’t for this help from Ro I would still be scratching my head searching the Internet for what I’m doing wrong. "Kevin is amazing! The gym that we do our training in is clean and nicer then a lifetime fitness! Kevin does each of our sessions focusing on what I am looking to improve! He is the best trainer one can ask for and knows how to motivate you to do you're very best. "Mike is a really great trainer. I have worked out with him two to three times a week for the past five years! Over that time I have lost weight, toned my muscles and increased my stamina. He makes a workout fun and plays good music. He is very knowledgable about the muscular-skeletal system and knows exactly what exercises to do to help you accomplish your specific goals. Before I started working out with mike, exercise had very little place in my day-to-day life. Now I work out every day--with mike and on my own--because it makes me feel so much better physically and mentally."
