"Being a novice in gym workouts, I decided to take help of fitness trainer, Tyrone Walton. I have attended a total of 5 early morning sessions with him till now and all of them are really helpful. He is extremely knowledgeable and has guided me through the exercises during the sessions. We do have light friendly conversations during the sessions which make them even more effective. The gym itself is very clean and rarely crowded. Also, I find workouts to be appropriate to my level of fitness. Tyrone has a very sound strategy to slowly pace yourself to muscle building. In a nutshell, I will highly recommend Tyrone's fruitful personal training sessions to others and I myself is excited to keep working out with him."

"Dan has been training me for the past 8 weeks and since we started working together, I've seen an incredible improvement in my strength, and my figure--this week I was able to fit back into my favorite pair of work pants that I haven't been able to fit in, in a year! When I first met with Dan I hadn't worked out in literally 2 years and was really nervous about all of it; however, Dan devoted an entire session to simply understanding me, the current state of my health, my habits, and helped me define where I wanted to be in my ideal future state. Dan then put together a customized program to ensure we could get there. As a woman, my one of my biggest concern was around "bulking up" from weight training as my body type lends itself to this if I'm not careful. I shared this with Dan and despite what I was sure would happen after the weight training, he's somehow made plan that made me smaller and noticeably toned up, and definitely not bulkier! In parallel, Dan has also really helped me with my poor eating habits--I'm a busy executive with little time to care or prepare food that is consistently healthy--and I sure do love Chicago cuisine. But every visit Dan would casually ask me what I planned to eat for the week and then give me directives on best options, grocery store lists, crackpot recipes, how to store my food, when to prepare it, and even where I can stop on the way home to get what I need for the next day :). . Dan has been a God send and reinvigorated my belief that I can take care of my health, actually meet my fitness goals, and truly enjoy it. I've absolutely loved, enjoyed, and seen results from every single session with Dan. I can't rave enough about how great a trainer he is and his attention to every aspect of his clients fitness, and overall well-being!!"

"I started training with Paul because I wanted to lose some of the weight I had gained during my pregnancy. When you meet him you know right away that he's a great guy. He actually listens to my needs and concerns(extremely rare!!!) . The first thing we talked about was my diet. A few small adjustments, in concert with our workouts, and I am seeing the weight come off. I've had three other trainers in New York and Paul is by far the best."

"Jenny is amazing and an excellent Personal trainer to train with . Very friendly & extremely knowledgeable . It has been almost a year now since I have been training and all I have seen so far is only ' Progress' with my weight loss goals . Jenny is a Professional and has the ability to review your current strengths and weakness in order to design a program that not only builds upon your strengths but ultimately helps you to suppress the weakness resulting into exceedingly productive health goals . "I met Ro through a mutual friend a few years ago. I have been a triathlete for about five years but, the past two years I have given up running and focused more on cycling and swimming. Between teaching a spin class, swimming 3 miles a week, and biking 80 plus miles a week I noticed I just wasn’t recovering fast enough from all the exercise. I sat down with Ro for a one on one consultation. Ro dissected my entire nutrition habits. She took in account for everything I ate from the time I woke up until the time I went to bed, Monday through Sunday. After her analysis of the results she noticed my carb intake was much higher than my protein intake . She introduced me to some foods I never thought I would ever eat like quinoa and tofu. She took my food list and substituted these items for some of the carbs I could take out of my diet. Thanks to Ro I feel my recovery time has been shortened and I can expedite my recovery time. Ro checks in with me on a monthly basis to make sure I’m still on pace. If it wasn’t for this help from Ro I would still be scratching my head searching the Internet for what I’m doing wrong. "As a mother of three kids all born through c-section my body was not it used to be. I was skeptical at first to start training since I had heard through other trainers that my body would never be the same, until I met Frank . I started training with Frank and one of his trainers name Lamont . Frank and Lamont gave me their recommendations as to how often to work out and how to diet. They have given me the confidence to push through the workouts to get to my goal. I have been training with them 3 days a week for the past three months and have already dropped weight . My friends and family have noticed a difference and I am very proud of my progress. Thank you guys !"

"I had the pleasure of not only training with Sam, but also working alongside him at the Sachs Recreation Center (SRC). For the better part of a year I would watch Sam train his clients. During this time, I was working out 5-7 days a week, sometimes twice a day. I was getting results but not really the ones I wanted. Sam then introduced me to the world of kettlebell training, and I haven’t looked back. My goals were to lose weight, get stronger, become more flexible, and of course learn the fundamentals of kettlebell training. In less than 6 months my body composition has totally changed. I went from a bulky 200 lbs. to a leaner 185 lbs. (and still going down). My pull-up max has more than doubled since training with Sam. Among other exercises, Sam corrected my form on the dead-lift and squat. The weight I’ve been able to use for those have since gone up significantly. I think the most exciting part of my progress is that I’ve actually been working out about half as much as I was before. Sam would always tell me “train smarter, not harder.” And that mentality has stuck with me. Although my flexibility is still not where I’d like it to be, I’ve made a tremendous amount of progress with Sam. He actually taught me how to stretch, warm up, and foam roll more efficiently than a decade worth of soccer coaches has been able to. The kettlebell training is by far my favorite thing Sam has taught me. Kettlebells allow me to blend my aerobic and anaerobic training more fluidly. In fact, I enjoyed the kettlebells so much that I’ll be investing in my own now that I’m away at college. I think most of my weight loss came from the kettlebell circuits and the diet advice Sam has given me. Sam is the only trainer I would recommend to anyone in the area. Not only is he a pleasure to be around but he has extensive knowledge in all things pertaining to your body. He will not just tell you what to do and how to do it, but why it’s important at an anatomical and physiological level. Sam helped me reach my health and fitness goals and set me on the right path to improve even more. I know he would love to help you reach your goals as well, you just got to let him!"
