Very pleased with their service overall! Radiance was very responsive and showed up promptly as scheduled. They installed items I had already purchased separately and helped us get started with online setup. Two minor issues: 1) Their online calendar showed they were available sooner than they actually were (which is why I initially selected them). 2) We realized after they left that 2 parts of the alarm system hardware weren't fully installed properly, but both were easy fixes. I would use them again if needed.
